I create PDFs automatically using Notion (HUGE time saver)

Notion can be automated to create PDFs with the information that we host in any Notion database.
This is useful for invoices, proposals, contracts, NDAs... PDFs that we create frequently and that are mostly templatized.

Hola Daniel. Thanks for this video. I use it to create my own pdf generator based on my Notion Datas. But I have a problem : I can't figure out how to transfer results of Rollup columns from Notion database to Google Docs as Notion does not generate a "plain text" result on Make but only "Type", "Array" or "function". Would you please give me a clue ? Muchas gracias.

The best solution for this would be to search in Make the information in the database where that rollup is taking the info from. I try to never take info from rollups because they don't get on well with MAke.

I suppose you enveloped the formula by “ format( … your rollup formula … ) “ without the “ and without the …s this formats the result of the rollup as text

yup. You'll need an extra step in the automation so you can edit the DB entry you wanna upload the PDF to. You'll need a File property in Notion. Then you'll be able to upload the PDF
