    As long as it doesn’t rain it’s fine. Also, like a lot of these tents, if you have enough guy lines you can make a tarp look like a 747.

    Sadly the design is flawed. You have an open front that can allow the rain into the shelter should the wind, if any, changes direction!
    I suggest this shelter is for summer use only.

      I will try it in deep winter for sure! When it rains you can combine two shelters to deal with that. Also when using without a bugnet, you ca set it a bit lower and crawl deeper inside and it deals with most of the moderate rain for sure. But yeah this shelter is great emergancy shelter or good option for super long hikes. It weights only 300g and fits in the pocket, and you can use it as a poncho. Price wise the cost is same as basic poncho but this one is versatile. For emergancy shelter, winter shelter, long hike shelter, and a poncho I think this is great deal..!
