Hi Sakshi, i heard you mention your ACL tear and I wanted to share that my ACL tear brought on my depression era, it’s an injury that almost never happens to unfit people. What helped me apart from the usual, good food, good friends etc. was going to Sports Med in Lower Parel, Dr. Bhushan Phadnis was my ortho and they have an amazing physiotherapy gym if 100% recommend. I’d highly recommend waiting before having the reconstruction and Sports Med!

omg same!! i got an acl tear in 7th grade! it was quite hard on me but make sure you keep going to the gym and moving your body in whatever way feels best! you'll feel amazing! i went to anand josh in lower parel for my surgery and he is amazing!! hes a sports injury doc tho :) you'' be fine in no time dw~

Could you make a podcast on how to be confident after a breakup. I know brkups are really common everyone goes through it but sometimes you just feel too much for that person...and start blaming yourself for everything. Been almost 6months but finding it so hard to talk to anyone about it.
