Six weeks in Chris having good day and having bad day. Sometimes slip into panic attacks. The fear of not breathing starts the attacks and the fear of covid19. The doctors told me I'm fine just a mixture of stopping smoking and panic attacks. But I'm never going back to smoking. It's a challenge keep my in your thoughts and thanks for the videos.

Day 10 since I last smoked. My legs hurt so bad - as do my ankles - my arms and back of neck hurt also. Anybody else?

I absolutely had this side effect! The muscle and joint pain! It was one of my worst side effects. It got much better and now it's gone. I'm on my 4th week smoke free, but the body aches were gone by the 3rd week.

Hi Chris! You didn't hear from me for a while, because I back slid and started smoking again. Then my husband died suddenly, and I had to go through all of that. Well, I quit beer and cigarettes 3 weeks ago. My son and I. I am on the 21 mg patch for one more week, plus nicotine gum for cravings, and then I will switch to the 14 mg patch along with the gum. Then my plan is to go down to the 7mg patch, and eventually switch to regular gum. What do you think? I still have cravings a few times a day, especially in the morning. I have a app I use called NoMo, which shows me how much money I have saved, which is really helpful to me. Plus I got your book and plan to visit your Facebook site. I really want to be successful this time, and my son, who I live with helps me, as we are doing it together. No more smoke in the house and regular trips to the WaWa and beer store to blow money. Thank God! Well, just wanted to update you on me. Thanks for all you do being there for us. Carol. M.

On day 37 nicotine free cold turkey. No patches, gum, vaping or any other crutches. Just trying to work through the post nicotine depression. I used nicotine as a crutch for my mental health problems. Now I have to face them head on.
