Yes, not sure if does support other cores but it was only made for TrinityCore so if the database Structure of another core is similar than it should work on it.

So with ur program i can create items and edit them. Why do i have to do something with item.dbc ? i mean for what should i touch it ?

check the github for the fixed one that only gives you item.csv and you convert to DBC with DBCutils

this armor creator dont work with newest mysql which has sha2 passowrd
