I am glad to hear you say that you haven't really focused on history in the past. We have been doing geography and science also. Next year (our 4th grade year) I plan to do a heavy history. I love your picks. I am eager to see how your heavy history year goes. Best of luck.
Loved this video Brittany. You and I started homeschooling around the same time. I also have children far apart in age. My son is 10 and my little one is 3. We are also just now starting to find our rhythm and what curriculum we enjoy (after so many changes! 😆) I’m so excited that Brielle started IEW. My son just finished Year 2. We were going to toss it because it seemed so redundant at first. I’m so glad we stuck with it. There really is a method to their style lol! He has learned so much. He still doesn’t love writing though 😂. For someone like Brielle, however, who loves writing, it is really going to help her fine tune her craft. Praying your school year continues to be a fruitful one! Blessings!

I actually am still using it . I have just slowly added in all of my subjects for the school year. My daughter loves Rod and Staff English. I am planning on continue with the series with her. 🥰

Thank you so much 😊. It usually takes me less than 10 mins to plan on Sunday and gather any supplies I need. It is so worth it.
