Yo, just subscribed. it would genuinely mean a lot to me if i could get the access pass. i’ve tried so hard to get one many times, and haven’t had any luck yet. Huge comic book fan, especially for marvel, and i really want to try out the game. if you pick someone else tho, no hard feelings, i just appreciate you giving it away for free. i had a dude say he would sell one to me for 20 bucks and got scammed :/

@@gummyboots I suppose they didn't make a face for iron man under his mask so it would have required too much work to make facial expression for a single skin. Still it's a wasted opportunity
He does have a full helmet too. Personally I prefer it, his injustice superman head gear is impractical and would require a face for iron man here

Storm is only character that’s tied to her “ classic “ skin/classic hairstyle. I wish she had her long white hair flowing

Yeah kinda disappointing considering storm is one of the few comic book characters who consistently changes hairstyles

Well if this game is gonna be riddled with micro transactions… at least it’s in 3rd person and you can see the skin you bought while you play, unlike another certain hero shooter we all know😂
Have you not played the game you get the skins through currency you earn in game. There’s always gonna be micro transactions in games but saying it’s gonna be “riddled” with it is crazy.
worst one is buying heroes. they will be free but you'll have to grind for them or just pay
@@uzii6540 you get the skins with earnable currency cause it's in beta, I can 100% guarantee you it's not going to work like that on release, at least for majority of the skins that aren't recolors
@@susanoo6962 at least there's a precedent with how mobas operate. This seems like it's going to operate the same way MOBAS do and in practiced when tuned properly, not all too bad.

In a data mine leak, Wolverine and ultron are confirmed. Those are the only once’s from your list but there’s a bunch more which would put the roster at like 40 heroes

i love that they don't just straight up copy the skin from the source, they put a little nice twist to them
double-edged sword to some as sometimes the "twist" can sometimes look worse then what it's based from

@@JohnDoe______ marvel's avengers as well hard to say which did it worse. there are some costumes in midnight suns (while good game) that at a glance do resemble what it's based on but it gets a bit weird closer up like spiderman having 3dish lines in the blue parts of his suit

All the Lunar skins make me think that the game is gonna release prior to Chinese New Year. NetEase being a Chinese company, it would make sense they'd want hit a date before the and have people potentially splurge on a recently released game.
So the game might be released open to the public within the next 4 ish months.
I hope they add Iceman into this game. I really hope they add skins for him like skins from the movies comics but I really hope I feel like they would add him probably on like pride month to get money.

Man making a marvel hero shooter with Skins as the main monetization is such a good idea when there are decades upon decades of skin ideas right there to utilize.
They don't even have to think any up for a while and literally just take from existing source material if they felt like it.
I may play it...but it depends...is it like overwatch 2 where all the good crap is behind a paywall...or is it like regular overwatch where with luck or by playing a lot you can get the good and cool skins

Hey dejuna!!! OMG thanks so much for doing the code giveaway. I've seen SOOO many videos talking about Marvel Rivals and I've been dying to find a code for the PS5. Like I've seen so many streamers play it, trying to feel the experience vicariously but it's only made me want to play it more. I'm a huge Marvel fan so having a free to play hero shooter w/ my fav characters is legit a dream come true. I'm DYING to try this game out. Great Vid btw!!
Why do every single marvel game feels like have the need to include he MCU costume. Some of them even don't fit the artstyle or the proportion of the characters from this game

I can't see why they don't just make a simple spandex comic accurate suit for every skin instead they give you an overdesigned suit which don't get me wrong it looks nice but I would prefer the comic suits more so.
They have some degree of comic accuracy but it doesn’t fit it with the art style tbh. Its whole thing is looking angular and pop out. I think some work for the aesthetic and some don’t. I do want a comic accurate storm outfit tho
@@jboy544 Yeah I understand why they do it, it's just that they could at the very least give us a less overdesigned comic accurate suit that we could purchase I hate the overdesigned modern superhero suits they do nowadays, I wouldn't mind purchasing a classic red and blue spider-man suit or even a cloth symbiote suit something at least.
@@nixo4108 yeah like the nah final swing suit or something. I feel like the current Spider-Man suit is like the Andre Garfield suit with some extra stuff on it which I kinda dig especially since they changed the back spider to be red
