I’m still pretty new but seeing you play the class i am at such a high level with a massively different build then me is super exciting. I can’t wait to be able to do stuff like this.

I'm sort of glad it's over. Now I can switch back to stamblade. I switched to bomb build solely for the event.

I'm still rocking the previous build (new moon, stuhns, torc, master bow) it's still a beast. But I like the extra healing your showing here
It was such a great build I would drop 30+ kills no deaths every match like nothing but now with the extreme healing and armor it's hard , this tank meta needs to end so the ganks can live on again.
The guy who got me into stamblade as a new player and I can say it wasn't a bad decision I love stamblade

I just recently found your channel and it got me back to ESO after three years out. I've never done a trial or even tried PVP but I really like your play style with this build and the way you do your videos. Just wanted to thank you for the content and motivation even though I'll be getting smacked around in PVP
To follow up what I've said here, I'm pretty new to pvp myself. I'm level 50, around 300ish cp, but I have no idea how to get started with sets/item combos, when I know they basically make or break entire setups. I've always loved the in-and-out style of rogues/archers/etc, but I feel like I can barely do any damage on folks, and tend to just get 1 shot myself, usually taking around 10k+ in a single hit.
Hey you think you could do a video on how you combo and animation cancel in pvp? I feel that’s my weakest ability as a stamblade in pvp, maximizing my burst. Great build btw 👍

Its just shows that when you know your stuff, and put some effort into the making of a build, there still a lot of viable option, meanwhile a bunch of "so skilled" player keep crying about proc set.....cant wait to see what they gonna cry about next!

Just a correction, you don’t get weapon damage from attacking from the flank on the nightblade anymore, you get penetration

Damn I rocked nocturnal back in the day when shuffle was dodge chance, believe it was a burst heal too if I remember, didn't realise it got changed to a hot it looks very nice ngl
they buffed back in Stonethorn from a heal every 2s to this version.
I'm very curious about back barring this on my medium builds now. Gotta love 5pc FB + 5pc BB + Monster + Mythic + Trainee
@@PoppinNoggins i tried it when they buffed it and wasn't super impressed. the base heal is 9,846 before mods, iirc. health recovery will get you more consistent healing over time. i wanted it to be good.
@@negakurai factoring in battle spirit, my calculation shows that the HOT while active (with no other healing modifiers) is equivalent to 1,772 effective health recovery. Obviously you're not going to have 100% up time, but on a medium armor build with bow back bar, it will be up a lot.
But maybe it is only really good on builds that have escape mechanisms that can let the HOT tick while disengaging.
@@PoppinNoggins you can pretty easily double that in health recovery on backbar. the thing that makes nocturnal interesting is that it's a heal that carries over to the frontbar. really the only reason to use it.

Been running a build with Yandir’s might and I don’t think I could give it up as a NB, the build is just beautiful. But I can definitely appreciate this one. I would swap out ambush for shuffle though.

Feel like this is just "aight" build for mid tier peeps just for MidyearM. No chance againts high mmr games/duels or even kitin againts some little more experienced peeps. Looks "aight" on paper tho.

Hey mate, do you think this exact setup, stuhn frontbar and nocturnal backbar and torc mythic could work on a dodge rolly medium stamplar too? I am a returning player and i am disgusted by this heavy and proc set meta, so i don't wanna run them even tho they are optimal. What do you think?

Maaaan this was awesome to watch. You are very good. I can usually take on groups with my stamblade, but wow, you killed it. I always get pulled out of stealth lately too. Do you ever have any issues with your temporal arrow? When I hit with 5 light or heavy attacks, sometimes it doesn't like count it. Can't wait to see more of your content. Thank you for the great video.
Am I wrong or are you using only 4 Nocturnal's Favour parts (Bow - Chest - Hands - Legs) which means you never get the benefit of the 5th piece??

Disclaimer. I tried your 1st build and am still using it. I started it in ps4. I will say, its difficult because of the imput lag that is just always present because its so important to land all the stuns, etc. I was struggling with it and I've been stamblade since launch.
I have since moved to ps5. Holy Shyte!! The build plays MUCH better. That imput lag is gone and the build is MUCH more fluid.
I do think that New Moons just wasnt the right set to run. After some time, the build feels as if it just capped out. I've been thinking that a more roll dodge or evasion set like Flanking or Morihaus etc. Would be better served to help max out damage potential of Stuhns. I haven't gotten to it as I was collecting the pieces.
I'm going to try out your revision. I love the single-target high power of your original build this looks much better when running into those DKs or purge templars!
So this is cool.......but what about us that don't have the option on playing pts (console)........how would you set up cp on current system?
"base sustain" quietly pops tri pot boosting everything by 40%...
In high level content you’d be doing this 100% of the time anyway.

ZoS's solution to a problem no one asked about. They are the worst Development team.

Hey! I love your guides and use them often but I was curious, and this is probably a stupid question. I am a Nightblade tank spec for pve atm and I was wondering if I used this set up but with tanking attributes would I see any level of success or would it be a total waste of time? Put my foot into cyrodiil the other day for the 1st time and had fun but felt useless.

Probably leaning argonian since malacath is a thing. Mayne for nightblade its meta but other classes that dont have high crit mayne orc or even redguard
Nice build, but while ZOS tests gonna be necessary, they are unsettling. I effectively don't know which sets count as procs, and which not. I heard if there is %-calculations involved, stuff is during the test not working (and potentially never again if tests are successful). I am fine if that improves performance, but massively confused if e.g. Stuhns is affected? I dunno.... "flat damage"-sets like New Moon Acolyte are! Solely for the reason there is a check that 5% cost increase on active abilities
I believe the champion points "skills" have changed (I see 45 where I can only choose 20, for instance. Could you do an update, please?

hey so im new and am trying to pick up stamblade. I asked grimhallow who put out a guide 2 weeks ago why he wasnt using ambush and he said it just doesnt do enough damage compared to executioner. I was curious your thoughts on this. Has something changed since you made this guide or would you still stick with ambush. appreciate the help. great guide tyvm

Hey, little bit of a noob when it comes to ESO but I wanted to know, is it typically easier to get craftable sets ? Since I've never really done any crafting I don't know if I should ask around for someone to help me get the sets I want or if I should just get into it and craft them I need myself... Other than that I'd love to try out this build !
Crafting takes a while to get materials for and level up so join a guild

Hey, is ambush a must use? I'm finding it quite difficult to finish off players without an execute, plus I use vemon arrow for the revive interrupts, works very well if you play shade conscious you don't really need shuffle/or the psijic skill (tip of my tongue but I forgot the name now)

Procs are back again. So you can run this build now. But there is no Battlespirit anymore, so you don't get the Extra Health.
Have you got a magcro build I had a look on your site and they are just Stam builds would you be interested into looking into one

Forgive the newb question, but when you show your stats, that is unbuffed correct? I have the same gear (except the neck) I'm a bosmer, only around champion 650, but my health, stamina and health isn't close to yours.
tbh i think he had emperor alliance hp bonus which is liek 1800 more raw hp. and ofc he has buffood on

Im not getting how you have both 5 set bonuses. You got maul of stuhn and ring. And 3 pieces on the body. 2 piece monster set. So thats 5 armor pieces in total. And bow of nocturnal favor and 2 pieces of nocturnal on body. Which is a 3 piece nocturnal in total. No other nocturnal jewelry. Im confused. Did i miss something as to how you have the 5 piece bonus on nocturnal or you’re only supposed to have 3
just 2 stuhns on the body + ring + weapon is 5 piece, then 3 body noc + weapon, 2 monster sets and the trainee ring + mythic. You deffinately missed that two handed weapons count as 2 pieces.
this got me thinking what is a nice alternant armor set up while lvling this build any ideas ?
Think that its still fine for lvling up since its all crafted. Just got sthuns jewelry and weapon, 5 piece nocturnal armor, then 4 piece backbar for eternal hunt. Everything is crafted and you still have good sustain and damage
@@FMcgee man eternal hunt is a great set all by itself !! i did end up making sthunds armor for it but i have to find someone to make the nocturnal for me

that's only a 3 week long test and none of these sets will work then.

I feel like youd be better off just using briar and clever with torc and balorgh. Better everything. Stuhns is ass and that heal set isnt worth it imo. Even in the gameplay you showed it looks like its struggling against pve peeps.
Can confirm briar is so much better than stuhn. At least atm, with CP2 stuhn might be the best again because briar has way less impact after everyone gets 1k weapon damage for free
Briar is not better than stuhns lmaoo. They dont even come close in damage.
@@nathanbriggs4029 Briar just gives you straight up wd and healing. Stuhns gives you pen, but you have to get off balance. Stuhns doesnt increase your wd so enjoy having shitty healing
@@ErioArubino youre acting like the wd from briar is alot of healing and stuhns can have way more uptime if you know how to use it. The damage doenst even compare. Stuhns damage is way more. It also had 2 piece wpn dmg bonus so its not like youre losing alot of healing.and if u wanna talk wpn dmg sets yandir shits all over briarheart.

He makes the 3 armour pieces, then one of each set for the 2h weapons, meaning the 5 piece stats can only be 1 or the other at any given time! :))))))))))))))))))))

New moons and eternal vigor is just fine or if your good at resource management use Torc mythic and another set of your liking, Hunters Venom is popular right now because of the healing tank meta we are stuck in
I use Venemous. Gives off a great proc set. And New Moons. Run 5 + 5. Then I use Selene for Helm and shoulders which gives you the bear that deals a good bit of damage as well. The amount of hate mail I have received due to the venemous proc set is hilarious.
