How to play .flow and Yume 2kki(without Japanese Locale)

Important thing I forgot to mention:
If you can read japanese or you are okay with the game(.flow) being japanese then you don't need to apply english patch and easyrpg will work just fine

Thanks ,The game works perfectly but it's still in Japanese. I also downloaded the locale emulator but is there a guide on how to use it?
Ynotranlstions also doesn't work.
