- Hi, I am Teena. Olive is a premature baby born at 30 weeks with just 1.27 kgs of weight. But,by the grace of God she gained so much of weight that she is now equal to her fellow age group children.
in this video I'm giving you tips and tricks to help your preemie gain weight. don't miss my golden tips of using coconut oil and ghee, tracking baby weight by writing down, using formula milk and giving adequate sleep for the baby.

My baby was full term but her birth weight was 2.31kg...so I had to supplement breastfeeding with formula milk and fed her every two hours to maintain glucose levels. She is very healthy and an active baby now 😊

Hi mam, After 12 years of my marriage, i got concieved and gave birth to girl baby with 2.5 kg . I have no breast milk, i tried many foods too. Doctor advised me to give lactogen milk powder with hot water. Now she is 2 months completed,her weight is 3.5 kg only. Doctor says now for her weight should be above 4 kg. Im giving powder milk for every 3 hours. Please suggest any idea for her weight gain. It would be very helpful for me. Please reply.

You can also mix your breast milk with the formula in place of the water. I did this to help my tiny babies gain. I supplemented with formula too. It really helped them gain.

Hi. You can use coconut oil for healthy weight gain. No problem.
As for skin, each baby's skin type is different. Try changing the soap and moisturizer. Sometimes few products may not be suitable for babies.

Hi. There is significantly very less weight gain. It's better to actually ask your doctor's and follow their instructions because it helps your baby. You can try giving coconut oil 3 drops 3 times a day for healthy weight gain

You need to speak to your doctor regarding motions. It's common for newborns to pass motion several times. You can try giving coconut oil 3 drops 3 times a day for good results

Don't give tea at all. STOP GIVING TEA IMMEDIATELY. It's not good for adults too. Give milk instead. Tea will kill hunger. Start with something interesting like eggs, bananas, ghee and dal, fruit. Give little amount of food for sure.

Hi. It's very natural for toddlers to refuse eating food. Theit growth slows down and their appetite also slows down. Try to find out what your baby likes to eat the most and give that. Example, olive loves only pancakes and roti. She doesn't like rice at all. So it's no point forcing her to eat rice.
Same way try to find out what your baby likes. You can give fruits, juices (no sugar), roti, pancakes, milkshakes, pasta etc. But usually after all your efforts also they won't eat at all. It's totally alright. I asked Olive's doctor if I have to give any medicine. He said no need. It's okay for them to not eat heavy food. Even little amount of food is fine

HI, ml depends purely on your baby's weight. Your baby may vomit as soon as they finish feeding is either because of over feeding. don't over feed the baby, don't move the baby immediately after feeding, burp the baby in the middle of the feeding.

Hi, the baby is just 2.4 kg that means he is still developing some muscle and fat now. He will start looking chubby when he gains around 5 kgs. So please be patient. Always remember that chubby baby doesn't mean healthy baby. Always remember healthy baby is the goal.

Your baby is normal dear. He is just born early. Don't worry everything will be alright. Trust God.
Make sure your baby is feeding atleast 20 to 30 ml per feed.
It's in between 200-300 ml per day.
Don't force the baby. Just try to increase little amount each day.

Any kind of formula milk is fine until it suits your baby. If it doesn't suit your baby try to change the formula milk and see

Give loads of tummy time. Practice sitting with support everyday for sometime. Olive sat by 9 months. We trained her from 7th month
