A newly born baby has pea sized stomach when gradually expands to a size of a golf ball in a week. Half a spoon milk is enough for a new born baby and you did a great job. Being a new mother I experienced the same cracked nipples. But now it's all good my baby is 3 months old now.

I also face the same problem but my doctor helps me alot.she gives me tips how to make perfect nipple from flat nipples.thanks for sharing your experiences bcoz it's very helpful for new moms.

Apply some ghee on your nipples it will help in softening the nipples. As a mother I also had suffered this pain. Then my grandma told me to apply ghee on nipples. When you r feeding your baby just wipe it with warm water and feed your child. It will really help u a lot...

Watch videos on good latch. Even I had painful nipples whole breastfeeding then I consulted lactation expert. She taught me correct way to feed and latch. N correct positions .That really helps. Breastfeeding should not hurt at all Ans don't listen to old ladies that you have to bear the pain. They mostly don't have knowledge about it.

Khoon aata ho to bilkul b baby ko na pilaye.. Baby ko aur aap ko dono ko infection ho skta hai.. Doctor ko dikhayein aur iska ilaaj karayein.. Ye problem itni bdi nai hai.. Curable hai.. Ghabraye nahi.. Lekin problem kyu ho rahi hai iska pata lagana zaroori hai. Immediately doctor se consult karein.
I tried lactation medicines, pump, nipple puller for more than 1.5 months. Had flat nipples and milk only about 5 ml . My bub was always hungry and tired. So i started formula. He started gaining well. So mummas, don't fret. Fed is best. However. Ur Lil one should be fed and healthy

But I think breast pump is great option. Just pump ur milk and provide to baby through bottle bcz at one time evry mother need to get rid of baby feeding through nipples bcz jb babies brhe ho jte h toh acha bhi nhi lgta h

Watch videos on good latch. Even I had painful nipples whole breastfeeding then I consulted lactation expert. She taught me correct way to feed and latch. N correct positions .That really helps. Breastfeeding should not hurt at all Ans don't listen to old ladies that you have to bear the pain. They mostly don't have knowledge about it.

I tried lactation medicines, pump, nipple puller for more than 1.5 months. Had flat nipples and milk only about 5 ml . My bub was always hungry and tired. So i started formula. He started gaining well. So mummas, don't fret. Fed is best. However. Ur Lil one should be fed and healthy
