In recent years, a significant portion of the stock market’s returns have been driven by just a handful of companies that have come to be known as the “Magnificent 7.” (AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, AMZN, META, TSLA) I have about 300k ready money to invest for my eventual retirement. Which of these stocks do you suggest as 'healthiest' in terms of profit and loss?
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!
Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; get your money (as much as you can) out of the housing market and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets.

Climate conditions in those countries are cooler than india... Lot of burn accidents happening in india especially in EV vehicles. Thats the reason I think government moving for Hydrogen vehicles.. No country in equitorial region implemented EV successfully

The best strategy to avoid long-term capital gains tax is to never sell. They can't tax you if you don't sell. Just buy wonderful, durable businesses that will last forever. Remember, if after 20 years you have a portfolio worth 30 crores , you will receive a dividend of 20-30 lakhs per year, which will cover all your expenses along with your savings and job income and you won't need to sell your shares to cover your expenses. Usually, companies pay 0.50 - 1% dividends, and even more.Your shares are like a golden eggs laying hen and the dividends are the golden eggs. It would be foolish to kill the hen. And it would be wise to consume the golden eggs and pray for your hen to last forever .Don't worry about taxes; just focus on increasing your portfolio's value so much that, in the future, the dividends alone are enough to cover all your expenses. And who knows, maybe after 2-3 decades, when India is fully developed, they might reduce the long-term capital gains tax to zero or introduce a rule where you pay no capital gains tax on investments held for more than 10 years. Anything can happen in the coming decades. Be optimistic and focus on the long term.

new budget is great for gold etf and us stocks ltcg has got reduced to 12.50% earlier for gold etf it was according to income tax slab and for us stocks it was 20%

In my opinion, Capital gains tax should be slab wise, like it is in US. Let’s say for Long term gains up to 2.5 lakhs to be taxed at 5%, up to 5 lakhs to be taxed at 10%, more than 5 lakhs at 12.5% tax. That would help middle class people to save money and neither the govt fiscal deficit will increase.

Bhai I didn't understand why everyone so frustrated on the traders we are also trying to survive we are also trying to get some things to fulfill our childhood dreams. I am a student part time trader I make profit from my traders if I ever loose some money I try to recover it also like a investor.some organisation published a report that 99% traders make loss the we should put taxes on them then they will discourage and gonna back out on market .. Of course if you are not gonna study properly before trading you are gonna lose your money it's not gambling just like a investment. After ever one u also said that. 24:25
