On 29th June 2020, I received an email from my boss, dismissing me from my job, the only income I had. Fear, stress and sorrow set in. I felt am in a middle of an island, alone and desperate & my Faith was really tested. I came across the song 'Living Hope', sung by Phil that rekindled my faith in Jesus. On August i received a call for better job than i had!!! Today i am a living testimony that battle belongs to God. He fought mine, He will fight yours, Trust Him. I have been off these medications for over 2.5 yrs now. I was delivered from anxiety, fear, paranoia, depression & much more. Please keep my wife in your prayers. She has myotonic muscular dystrophy. Her mobility and ability to walk has regressed over the past few years. Doctors cannot heal or cure her, but I know God can and will. Please make this a daily prayer request for her. It is hard, some days, to stay positive and to not worry about her situation. There are reasons why depression infiltrates. Especially now. Ever heard of CERN? Our environment is so thick with dark evil, you are literally breathing it in. We have been infiltrated. Look up in the Bible The Armor of God. Use that as your protection my love. God is in you and you have the power here. Always remember that. Darkness in definition is the absence of light. You can as for control of your thoughts. Own them and change them. Grab a journal and write your positive thoughts down every day multiple times a day. This creates intent and your path forward toward your goals. You may not believe them at first....they may even be fantasy...but watch what happens. Do this until. UNTIL you get these things you want for yourself. It doesn't happen over night but it's like taking a mental step forward. It's your starting point. You will reach the goal. Belief. Faith. All my love and light and I bless you in the name of Our Father. Hugging you tight, you are never alone!

I was recently diagnosed with cancer, waiting for test results to know how advanced, but it is a very aggressive form. Im 55, and always prayed for a way to God to work through me for His glory. This song came into my head while sleeping a few nights ago and I've listened to it about 100 times since. This is my theme song through this trial. I've been a church-goer since I was 5 years young, and now I'm 26. I was introduced to the Holy Ghost around 1 week ago, after I read the 5th Chapter of Acts, and was praying... I felt a joyful presence in my room, and was immediately filled with happiness. Around 5 months ago, I was invited by my best friend (whom was introduced to God by me) to a church he attends, and I fell in love with it. I've been playing drum set since I was 4 years young, and I was just thrown into rotation of being a drummer on the Worship Band at the church I've attended for almost 6 months now. I can't thank you enough for being my best friend for almost 10 years, Blake Chambers, and inviting me to the most amazing church I've ever been to. I'm now a strong follower of God, and plan on giving my music career to worshipping him for the rest of my life here on earth

I am on the liver transplant list and developed hepatopulmonary syndrome as a result, putting me on high level oxygen 24/7. The only known cure for the hepatopulmonary syndrome is the liver transplant, but is making me high risk for it. I’m on asap list, but could change day to day depending on all the test results. I am in a very similar position. I am a Christian, my husband is not. The spiritual warfare is real. We’ve been going on about 8 years now of this. I have 3 small children and one on the way. The last one was a total surprise. All children are such a blessing, but it feels like the worst possible timing to bring another beautiful child into this mess. Anyway. I saw your comment and it broke my heart. I know the pain you speak of. All I can say, is our God is faithful. When I look back through my broken life, he was there every single step of the way. Even in the most difficult messed up times. He rescues and redeems and works all things together for the good of those who love him. Keep loving him and he will show up. He IS faithful. His timing can be hard to understand, but it’s always better than our own, in the end. I have prayed for you and will keep praying! Don’t lose faith my friend!
I was in the hospital for 9 weeks clinging for my life from a doctors mistake. My wife played this song for me every night even though I couldn’t tell her how much it meant to me she knew. Because our God is great he delivered me from death so that I could be with my family longer.
My 2 boys have autism. One is non verbal and screams for hours at night. I feel so broken at times. So so broken but I am grateful that the battle belongs to God. I need his grace and mercy. Every day is hard. But I know he has a plan for us and this sweet boy.

We all have a God sized hole in our heart. ❤️🩹 Some try to fill it with all the material trappings of this world but they never satisfy. Only by allowing Jesus to fill that hole in our heart we can have true peace and understanding of what Jesus has done for us and the life lessons he has taught us. Without God we are like a ship drifting in the ocean currents going this way and that way but with Jesus at the helm we have direction and purpose for our lives. God loves you dearly and has a plan and purpose for good for your life. It could be maturity and the fear of death many people have. If we put our trust in Jesus and make him Lord and saviour of our life we have nothing to fear as we know our eternal destiny is with Jesus in Heaven. We still need to pray for forgiveness of our sins daily and read his word to stay grounded and not drift away. We must also importantly live a life that is pleasing to God. I had severe hairfall problem. Fear, depression had gripped my mind, soul and body. But Lord Jesus healed me! I have amazing hair! I have colored my hair, I put hair packs, oil my hair, comb my hair, wash my hair without fear! Because As His hair is! So is mine! Thank you Lord Jesus and Papa God!
I feel such a blessing in this song. Jesus walks with us still after two thousand years have faith. I have had a brain tumour since 2011,diabetes 2 and hemostysas bleeding of the lungs unknown cause no cure for that but I keep still going knowing that God is with me every step of the way.

This song got me through a very difficult time in my life. I had been promoted and while that sounds like awesome news I was just so unsure of everything. My husband had lost his job and then decided to go back to school. Bills were piling up and the anxiety of starting a new job was just the cherry on top. I kept singing "Oh God the battle belongs to you" over and over and over. I put my trust in Him and just gave him all my worries. I have now been in my new role 6 months and I am very happy. My husband has 7 months left of school and passing with straight A's. Money is still tight but God ALWAYS provides for us. Please keep my wife in your prayers. She has myotonic muscular dystrophy. Her mobility and ability to walk has regressed over the past few years. Doctors cannot heal or cure her, but I know God can and will. Please make this a daily prayer request for her. It is hard, some days, to stay positive and to not worry about her situation. There are reasons why depression infiltrates. Especially now. Ever heard of CERN? Our environment is so thick with dark evil, you are literally breathing it in. We have been infiltrated. Look up in the Bible The Armor of God. Use that as your protection my love. God is in you and you have the power here. Always remember that. Darkness in definition is the absence of light. You can as for control of your thoughts. Own them and change them. Grab a journal and write your positive thoughts down every day multiple times a day. This creates intent and your path forward toward your goals. You may not believe them at first....they may even be fantasy...but watch what happens. Do this until. UNTIL you get these things you want for yourself. It doesn't happen over night but it's like taking a mental step forward. It's your starting point. You will reach the goal. Belief. Faith. All my love and light and I bless you in the name of Our Father. Hugging you tight, you are never alone!

I was recently diagnosed with cancer, waiting for test results to know how advanced, but it is a very aggressive form. Im 55, and always prayed for a way to God to work through me for His glory. I've been a church-goer since I was 5 years young, and now I'm 26. I was introduced to the Holy Ghost around 1 week ago, after I read the 5th Chapter of Acts, and was praying... I felt a joyful presence in my room, and was immediately filled with happiness.
Around 5 months ago, I was invited by my best friend (whom was introduced to God by me) to a church he attends, and I fell in love with it. I've been playing drum set since I was 4 years young, and I was just thrown into rotation of being a drummer on the Worship Band at the church I've attended for almost 6 months now.
I can't thank you enough for being my best friend for almost 10 years, Blake Chambers, and inviting me to the most amazing church I've ever been to. I'm now a strong follower of God, and plan on giving my music career to worshipping him for the rest of my life here on earth

I am in a very similar position. I am a Christian, my husband is not. The spiritual warfare is real.
We’ve been going on about 8 years now of this. I have 3 small children and one on the way. The last one was a total surprise. All children are such a blessing, but it feels like the worst possible timing to bring another beautiful child into this mess. Anyway. I saw your comment and it broke my heart. I know the pain you speak of. All I can say, is our God is faithful. When I look back through my broken life, he was there every single step of the way. Even in the most difficult messed up times. He rescues and redeems and works all things together for the good of those who love him. Keep loving him and he will show up. He IS faithful. His timing can be hard to understand, but it’s always better than our own, in the end.

Only by allowing Jesus to fill that hole in our heart we can have true peace and understanding of what Jesus has done for us and the life lessons he has taught us.
Without God we are like a ship drifting in the ocean currents going this way and that way but with Jesus at the helm we have direction and purpose for our lives.
God loves you dearly and has a plan and purpose for good for your life. He doesn’t promise life will be easy but when we walk in faith with Jesus he can make a way for us to overcome those hard times. Jesus does promise us we will be with him for eternity if we choose him.
If you want to choose him all you have to say is: God I believe you sent your son Jesus to die for my sins. Please forgive me of my sins and I repent and turn away from them. I want to change my life and live for you Jesus. Thank-you that I now a new person in Christ. Find a good Bible believing church and learn what Jesus has done for you by reading the Gospels of Mathew, Mark, Luke and John.

Have you ever noticed that as we get older, we somehow find ourselves coming closer to God.
It could be maturity and the fear of death many people have. If we put our trust in Jesus and make him Lord and saviour of our life we have nothing to fear as we know our eternal destiny is with Jesus in Heaven. We still need to pray for forgiveness of our sins daily and read his word to stay grounded and not drift away. We must also importantly live a life that is pleasing to God.

This song got me through a very difficult time in my life. I had been promoted and while that sounds like awesome news I was just so unsure of everything. My husband had lost his job and then decided to go back to school. Bills were piling up and the anxiety of starting a new job was just the cherry on top. I kept singing "Oh God the battle belongs to you" over and over and over. I put my trust in Him and just gave him all my worries. I have now been in my new role 6 months and I am very happy. My husband has 7 months left of school and passing with straight A's. Money is still tight but God ALWAYS provides for us. I am glad I found this song because I don't know where I would be mentally and emotionally without it and without God.
God is good all the time and blesses those who love him.
