Sky Wheel is a SkyLoop build by Maurer Rides that is 150 meters long, 46.2 meters high and has a speed of 105 km/h. It has 2 inversions and was opened in October 2004.

"Anyone who throws themselves into the abyss on the Sky Wheel, the highest overhead roller coaster in Europe in the Allgäu amusement park, has steely nerves. Your adrenaline increases when you are pulled vertically to a height of 50 m. The thrill begins in slow motion as the car turns from the highest point into the screw. And with a primal scream you experience the insane acceleration of up to an extreme 5 G as you fall into the depths.

Lustige Geschichte dazu:
Als ich die das erste (von zwei Malen) gefahren bin, gab's offenbar irgendeine Störung, und wir sind nach der zweiten Runde fast fünf Minuten ausgependelt 🤣
War aber offenbar kein größeres Problem, sind danach direkt noch mal gefahren. Ist an sich ganz lustig, aber die Bremse tut schon weh ^^

Fun Fact meinerseits:
Tatsächlich ist das Auspendeln bei den ganzen chinesischen Kopien dieser Achterbahn ganz normal, da die Hersteller vermutlich nicht das Know How von Maurer Rides besitzen 😂
