just curious to know why wasn't there more ladders thrown to the roof encase the roof was compromised in that one area where the ladder truck is placed . I mean i cant see the rear but I can the front where the roof ladder is set.

Absolutely NO REASON to Butcher the roof of this house. The smoke in the attic was venting out the Gable End and Ridge VENTS!!!!!!!!!!!
