The skating and puck handling display of Letang on the game winner was unreal
Thia was definitely his best playing ever. He used to drive me crazy with bad decisions, and dumb passes, and made up for it most of the time with his speed. But Coach Sullivan must have got him on the right page, because Letang had a magnificent playoff run.

As a lifelong Penguins fan (and someone who's lived in Pittsburgh for a good period of it) I can honestly say this is definitely a series in the playoffs I won't forget, nor the whole playoffs in general. Both teams did exceptionally and happy the Pens pulled out a win.
Between '91, '92, '09, '16 and '17, this 2016 team was my absolute favorite. Just because they beat teams with PURE SPEED. It was like watching someone play NHL 94 on the Sega Genesis with line changes off, but in real life somehow with line changes
Whenever I see Crosby lifting the cup over his head, it still sends chills down my spine to this day. GO PENS!

I can only imagine how that must feel as DieHard lifelong resident of the great City of Buffalo New York and the pain and disappointment that comes with that being the Buffalo Bills in the Buffalo Sabres. I'm 42 years of age the thought of seeing our captain as of right now Kyle okposo of the Buffalo Sabres or Josh Allen the quarterback and captain of the Buffalo Bills lift the Lombardi trophy or the Stanley Cup being presented at center ice would make me cry like a baby like no one has ever cried before.
Man I tell you Buffalo is a great City full of great people that would give you the shirt off their back we have sat through so much heartbreak so much disappointment the thought of us having a champion just gives me tears hopefully one day we will get to experience that feeling man you are so lucky that you have had to experience that with such a great player
Sidney Crosby's leadership and poise and they win Stanley Cup. Congratulations Pens. This is the most incredible feeling. Will not forget this moments.

Watching this game over again- if the sharks had the depth and speed they have now, I think they would've had more fight in them.
Pittsburgh was the better team because of how fast they were and how they simply cycled the puck and controlled.
As a sharks fan, I'm excited for the 2018-2019 season!

When you pull the goalie, you get to put a 6th skater on the ice. It's an act desperation to try and tie the game in the last minute; sometimes it backfires.
This was a wonderful series. I was there for Game 4 at SAP and loved the atmosphere. To see the Sharks in the final was so awesome. I know they ended up being Runners Up, however keep in mind not many picked them to go that far let alone take a series to 6 games. They faced some tough teams in the first 3 rounds (Kings, Preds, Blues) and played very well. Here's to hoping they get back to the Finals and change the outcome next time.
