Smoketoomuch: It's in Bmin, but the 2nd chord is C, implied Lydian by the melody (CMaj7#11). It's a very unusual thing to do in the "West", more common to Israel or Roumania. The instrumental interlude goes between those two chords in 7/4 time. I LOVE this song, just started doing it as a jazz instrumental.
