She IS. At first, I also had the same thought. I thought Kinoko Nasu was lazy. But now I really appreciate the decision, as in the real myth, both Ishtar and Ereshkigal have strong sisterly rivalry. In fact, some historians argued that they could have been one same goddess. FGO simply embodies it into Rin Tohsaka's body as the same vessel for both goddesses. Thanks for watching my video.
