He dared too much: your own (Rivers/Bayelsa) governor going against the President with battle line drawn so publicly. I mean, the link btw Rivers and Bayelsa is just too close. This is despite the impunity that we saw so brazenly. He could have been taken out and no one would question for long. While he may truly be found culpable in some shady deals, I would think no one here has better tools to condemn him if the government of yesterday with all their arsenal couldn't nail this guy.

Why do Nigerian journalists have to carry out their jobs this way? Are you so desperate to secure another interview opportunity or protect your job that you have to go along with politicians' mega charade?
