  • Drawing from decades of experience as a therapist and his own personal journey, Ross breaks down the complexities of depression, why it’s so important to address openly, and how understanding it can lead to healing and self-love.

Due to the widespread lack of understanding and the prevailing stigma surrounding depression, countless individuals find themselves compelled to endure their suffering in silence. Ross uses this presentation to illuminate a mental health condition that, while common, is poorly understood and can be incapacitating.
This heartfelt and informative discussion offers practical wisdom and a compassionate perspective on a topic that touches countless lives. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn and reflect.

Ross my Christian counselor gave me your book, the human magnet syndrome October 2022 and it started me in a path of healing from a 17 year narcissistic marriage that I later found out was just one of the many narcissistic relationships I had over my life. Self love is so key and you help so many walk through the process. Thank you!!

Wow I never thought about that but that sounds very logical trying to figure out how to deal with depression with a depressed mind. I never thought about it on that angle

@ you’re worthy of all the good things God has for you!! You’re more than enough. Keep speaking things over your life. Speak to yourself how you would speak to someone that you are in love with!

@@bellagracehomespareally what I approach a woman that I was attracted to in a way that they felt like I was in love with him? You sure I wouldn't run them off for lots of laughs? 😂

Thanks for this, Ross. It was brilliant! God! You are so right. We don’t have the ability to help ourselves during depression. You, YOU have helped us for decades. A psychologist friend recommended your book to me years ago and I am so glad she did. ❤❤❤
