Every moment of self reflection in my life goes with this song. That can count. I'm a huge tool fan. But this band is filling the gaps never filled in before...
@@joaquinpv7904 How could I tell you were? All I see are words on a screen. I read them at face value. That's the problem with text-based communication though. Kudos for enjoying the music.
a few days ago i bought a ticket to the concert of my all-time favorite band TOOL, and it will be in about 100 days.. it's my first time and i'm very excited about that.. so i set a personal challenge for myself to not listen to anything from TOOL until the concert, and I keep that somehow for a day now.. Wheel is the only band that came to mind to fill that emptyness.. i really don't want to compare your art to another.. the more i listen to your tracks/albums, the more i appreciate your work.. thank you guys !!
I'm not totally into the rest of their work, but this piece... just... wow. Even after 50 listens over several months, it keeps getting better. It's magnificent. Beautiful and intricate one moment, emotional and intense the next, effortlessly flowing between harmonies and heavyness. Truly a masterpiece of prog music and musical storytelling. Thank you for enriching my life!
This band is the most exciting discovery I've made in the last couple of years! Every single track is a masterpiece ❤ I love the way the bass carries this song
A friend put me onto these guys. I'm a huge Karnivool fan so he thought I would like them. Six words encompass my feelings. "This album is so fucking awesome."
Why do I end up, late in the evenings, after busy days, at this particular place. Why not Invincible of Tool. Both songs have a similar eternal atmosphere. The fact I'm drawn over and over again to this song, means a lot about the quality and rich dimensions of this song. Still only 91 reactions and 22k views... RUclips's algorithm sucks
I'm an old guy (60+ years) who is a prog music listener and musician. Now this! What I hear in this music is the groove, (from blues music improvisation) and cutting the chords into melody whith the guitars. Well, this is really music! I don't know if they made this together in the studio or separate. Ask them😃
My best friend died this week, and I just discovered this band and particularly this song, and I just realized how this song and my friend will always tied.
How to make my bass sound like this one?! This is one of the most fully-sounding round-all-over whole signal bass I've ever heard. I want mine to sound like this.
You gotta split your signal into a clean amp and a slightly overdriven one, add delay and little drops of flanger and reverb for some Tool-ness when you need it. Also having a separate eq for high-mids and low-mids like on Darkglass B7K pedal, basically buying B7K will give you what you want, but grownups play into two amps.
For those who have just entered the realm of wheel, and found themselves in love with this track, I would also recommend “the change” from one of their older albums. It’s nothing short of amazing!! This band has become one of my new found favorite! Pleeeeeeeeez don’t disappear!
What an incredible song this is just sensational, the building of the song is top notch from the slow start, right upto the complex heavy sections. Lyrically this song really captivates what's gone on in the last 12 months, from the pandemic right upto the recent riots here in the UK. You guys have produced one of the best album openers I ve heard. You guys have a bright future with this level of musicianship, the album really brings forward how humanity is affected by calamity. Not a bad track on there
@@loneranger9025 ahhh ok, I see it now. Yw for the music dude. If you wanna try something more psychedelic, listen to Lucid Planet's new album just titled "II". It make time some time to grow, but it's my all time favorite album

Second listen-through now, and holy WHAT AN ALBUM. I really dig the more atmospheric and relaxed atmosphere on some of the tracks, and Dissipating is seriously the perfect album opener.
What a trip. You guys are one of the best bands in the world today, hands down. I love your work, and I particularly love how I can hear your growth as musicians and songwriters from release to release. This new album is brilliant, and I love and hugely respect how you have not gone towards being more commercially viable, but doubled down on the complexity and proggyness. I can't wait to hear where you'll be going next.
I hope these guys can come to America soon and near where I live. Best I've heard in a long long time. New favorite band without a doubt. The production/mixing of this album is perfect.
Such a great sound. Tool influences are heavy but it works so well and stands on it's own. This song just crushes from the midpoint onward. Beautifully done.
Tool invented time signature overlap. Tool definitely doesn't own them. Listen to the music. Listen to the lyrics. Listen to the, yes, rhythm. Listen to what they all mean. Listen to what they all harmonize into meaning for you.
Watched you guys live in Lisbon (very small set openning for Apocalyptica), been listening to your work since then. You guys are awesoime. Thank you for your work.
Just listened to this whole album. Very impressed. Great mix of innovative heavy riffs and intricate melodic parts. Reckon it'll be getting a lot more listens over the coming months. Kiitos, guys!
Caught them supporting Leprous in London last weekend....well impressed....next day decided to have a listen to their works...more impressed....bit thin on the mix but compositions are totally solid
This was a great album that really fills the void of no tool. They're the only band that I've heard that can do a tooly sound and actually be up there in quality as well
I'm really impressed with this song. It's as close as you can get to sounding like Tool without being a mere copy-paste. It still has its own identity.
If you're not hooked on this band after really listening to this track, you're NOT really listening. This is a pure masterpiece.
