Thanks for creating this video Steve. I have an org that has set their Account Model to Individual, but I want to change it to Household. Now there are some Contacts with their own Household Accounts and the rest are in one big Individual Account, creating a gigantic mess in our data. What would be a good strategy to convert those that are in the Individual Account into separate Households? I have also noticed that some donations are under that Individual Account, but there is no Primary Contact for that donation. I know this a loaded question but your guidance with this scenario would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Contact to multiple Accounts is now part of the Salesforcw data model itself by turning on the setting in setup.
Good callout, but it helps to share the model to learn for similar patterns.
