The "maze" feeding dish is to keep dogs from eating too fast. If your dog eats too fast, chances are it will throw up. Larger dogs tend to want to eat too fast.
If your dog is like my cat, you’ll want one with suction cups one the bottom to keep them from flipping it over or pushing it around the kitchen while they eat.
Hey Tish! I think the toys for the fur babies are pretty good. Depending on if you have an aggressive chewer or not, they tend to not hold up if that’s the case. I never trust the food or the treats from the DT. I would always advise looking on the recall list online to double check before giving them. Can’t be too careful there! So, you know my son Roo (on the spectrum as well), we got an awesome small black tree on Amazon and decorated it with DT stuff, including that metal collar you picked up (watch for dented ones). The tree came with purple bat lights on it, so cute! So a tree would be awesome! Also, yes, have bought some things at DT for fur babies! We have cats, but have bought both cat & dog stuff. The “maze” you picked up is made so that when you put their dry food in it, they don’t gobble down their food so fast! The brushes are good! We don’t use plastic dishes tho, they harbor bacteria, metal or ceramic is best and can be popped into dishwasher! You’ll know what’s good! Hope this helps! Hey Tish, I buy stuff for my dog at DT. The toys are good. The bags are okay. Even some of the treats are good. I just stay away from buying anything that has rawhide in it. It is not good for a dogs digestion. I haven't tried any of the shampoo and I stay away from the flea and tick meds. Hope this helps.
The poop bags are a great buy , anything hygiene and kitchen supplies are a very good choice. Stay away from the foam soaps and stick with the refills that aren't foam ❤ .
Toys bowls collars leashes and potty pads are good everything else go somewhere else for that can't wait to see your new fur baby and your tree. BTW thanks for your videos

Stay away from corn, and anything that says "by products" or "meal". Things like chicken or beef by products or chicken or beef meal, etc. That is nasty crap from animals they put in food and treats. NO THANKS! And I NEVER buy my dog rawhide, rawhide is not good for dogs. Vets discourage rawhide too. And the DT has those bags of freeze dried fruits and I buy the bananas and apples for my dog and he loves them. And it's all natural! And the toys are perfect for him too as he is not a chewer, he just carries them around and sleeps with them! I don't advise the toys if the dog is a chewer. My dog is a 10 year old Shih Tzu and he is a real little stinker and my buddy 🐶 He makes me laugh every day ❤ He's laying at my feet right now as I type this ❤ I've had dogs all my life, I just can't imagine my life without one. You get alot more and with my little pup they're just the right size to use as poop bags then I would tie the bag in a knot and dispose it...or you could buy the diaper bags that they sell in the baby section of the DT. I believe u get like 75 in a box...They're for soiled diapers, but u can use them for the pups poo too..Love your videos, see ya at the next video..❤
I love the Wizard daily cleaner, plus since I often make my own cleaner with vinegar and essential oils or room spray with water, the bottles are great to refill as anything with the oils should be in dark containers.
Congratulations on your soon to be furbaby addition! We have two small poodle mixes now, but had a golden retriever for 9 years until cancer took him. I can't imagine life without my 'kids'. I'm not sure if your getting a puppy, but here's a few tips that have worked for us. Please do not potty train using potty pads. It's very hard to train them to potty outside once you've trained them it's ok to potty inside. We have many family members who trained on potty pads and years later they still have dogs who potty inside much to their dismay. Have lots of textures for toys. Think soft stuffed toys, Nylabones, elk antlers, ropes and balls. You'll quickly see what they like best. The first few months are the toughest. You have to watch them at all times, puppies are like toddlers without diapers. They will get into things and chew stuff up if not watched. They only know what you teach them, I'd highly suggest puppy classes for socializing and teaching simple manners once they have all their shots. We also crated ours when not home until they were a couple years old. Look up crate training if you haven't. If done right they'll love their crate and it will give you peace of mind knowing they are safe when you aren't home. Oh, and they can only hold their potty so long, don't expect them to hold it for 8 hours if they are 10 week old puppy. I volunteer for a rescue and see how resilient, loving and loyal dogs are. Hopefully the place you get them from let's you see the momma and living quarters so you know you're not supporting a puppy mill. You'll be a great dog mom ❤
my fur baby is a doberman, so dollar tree leashes and toys don’t work for him, he destroys them in a minute. I did get a bowl for water. i buy his shampoo and stuff from chewy. I wish i could use the dollar tree stuff. i did find some stuff at five and below or ross if you have one. .

Use a stainless steel or ceramic bowl to feed and water your fur baby. Plastic can cause acne or allergies. Talking from experience with one of my pets. Also, rawhide bones are bad for your pet. They can choke on them or not digest them, and then you have a vet bill. Enjoy your fur, baby. 😊
The collars that are labeled with a P called Perri’s are not a DT brand they go for about $10-$15 and they are really good! So many colors and patterns. I have one for my 90 pound pit bull and it works great!

Hey tish hope you’re having a great day. The dog toys at dollar tree are good however if your dog is teething the toys may not last very long. My puppy just turned 4 so I buy certain toys for him from there. Seeing his name is Reese lol I love all the Reese toys they have right now. The collars and leashes are ok for a small dog , but not very sturdy for a larger dog.
I just recently brought the hand creme. I'm sold! I love that stuff so much. Havent used regular lotion since on my hands and don't want to. So hydrating without being oily or too wet. You will feel the difference on your hands immediately after putting it on and it doesnt take alot like some lotions. That's gonna always be in my cart😀...

The pet placemats are good and wash well. Poop bags are poop bags so buy them at DT, I also like the silver metal water and food bowls. I have a small dog (17 lbs) so they work. They may not be good for a larger dog. The toys are ok if you do not have a chewer. If your dog chews they last less than 5 mins. DT does get in name brand treats every once and a while. Now I have fruit treats by Dole for my dog which I purchased at DT. Good Luck with your potential new family member.
The dog brushes and bags are ok. I don't buy any food or treats there. Depending on what kind of dog you get would depend on shampoo and foods. Any non shedding dog is going to be prone to sensitive skin and beef allergies. Only dogs we've had are Bichons and shih tzu because of my allergies. They don't shed. Yay. No animal hair on anything.

Hey Tish, recommend not to buy dog food from DT. Get better quality food for Fur Baby. Will buy dog treats at DT but only if made in USA and not outdated. My Pretties are over a 100 pounds so the toys don't work for us. Grooming items, poop bags are good. Shampoos work for us. Cant wait to see your bundle of joy 🐾
How does the body shower gel ( pumpkin spice scent ) lather? I’ve seen the peach rings and jelly beans scents but not sure if it lathers up well or not. Do you like it?

My puppy just turned 4 so I buy certain toys for him from there. Seeing his name is Reese lol I love all the Reese toys they have right now. The collars and leashes are ok for a small dog , but not very sturdy for a larger dog.
I have a big dog. toys a no for my dog. but I like the bags and some of the treats
I just recently brought the hand creme. I'm sold! I love that stuff so much. Havent used regular lotion since on my hands and don't want to. So hydrating without being oily or too wet. You will feel the difference on your hands immediately after putting it on and it doesnt take alot like some lotions. That's gonna always be in my cart😀...

The pet placemats are good and wash well. Poop bags are poop bags so buy them at DT, I also like the silver metal water and food bowls. I have a small dog (17 lbs) so they work. They may not be good for a larger dog. The toys are ok if you do not have a chewer. If your dog chews they last less than 5 mins. DT does get in name brand treats every once and a while. Now I have fruit treats by Dole for my dog which I purchased at DT. Good Luck with your potential new family member.

The dog brushes and bags are ok. I don't buy any food or treats there. Depending on what kind of dog you get would depend on shampoo and foods. Any non shedding dog is going to be prone to sensitive skin and beef allergies. Only dogs we've had are Bichons and shih tzu because of my allergies. They don't shed. Yay. No animal hair on anything.

Hey! I really like the poop bags, bowls or toys from the DT but in my opinion I would stay away from anything edible. A lot of them contain rawhide which can be deadly or harmful ingredients. I studied Dog Nutrition and Training, if you have any questions….feel free to reach out 🐾❤️

Hey Tish, recommend not to buy dog food from DT. Get better quality food for Fur Baby. Will buy dog treats at DT but only if made in USA and not outdated. My Pretties are over a 100 pounds so the toys don't work for us. Grooming items, poop bags are good. Shampoos work for us. Cant wait to see your bundle of joy 🐾
