A biology master! Fantastic job Shomu! I attend the University of Michigan and I watch your videos. Your presentations are scientifically accurate and precise. Hello from the United States of America.
Believe me or not. I am doing my MS in POSTECH, South Korea. Your video helps me a lot fo my research. Love and respect from South Korea. You are amazing
In pendemic situation I saw all your videos on the basis of biology topics, all are more important for different types of exams, now I 'm easily understood the light and electron microscopy and TEM OR SEM, Thankyou so much sir.
Sir ur Videos are very useful...i am biotechnology student and in this semester we have microscopy...during this quarantine ur Videos are so much useful to us..Thank you
Thank you so much sir . Most of the questions for my examination are mainly from these portions so it really helps thank you again for this wonderful explanation.
After every lacture of science, i glad that i choose Science field..... Bcz every simple things has lots of reasons and has their own working principles which makes us surprise about how's the things are actually going... And the way U just teach us in simple and accurate manner is like सोने पे सुहागा 🌟 So thanks for sharing knowledge ...
Mr. Shomu, thank you very much for this lecture. Very accurate and simple at the same time. It will be fantastic to give us examples and images for different particles\material. One last thing that I would like to hear from you is the staining of the samples if the atoms are not "heavy" enough to give us a signal. I appreciate your work!!
Presentation is superb. At the same time cutting sample with glass knife and diamond knife is not easy as you have explained in your presentation. Even sample preparation is a tedious job. If fixation and preparation is not good your whole procedure will collapse and it will impact your results. From A to Z it should be accurate and dust free environment.
Ur vedios are sooo soo much good ....i alwyz listen ur vedio whn there is any prblm in my studies .....caryy on ...good work👍.....i really appreciate ur efforts 🤗😍
Nice explaination 😍😍aur aap bhi bohot ache dikh rhe ho😂😂🙈😍 itne ache sir humko kbhi mile hi nai school clg mai 😂😂😀milte to hum bhi top krte lec baithke😂😂😂😂
Hello sir, thank you for your amazing lecture... I just have a Q.. in case of TEM , why eye EML is before detector? How we can see the image befor detector ? .....
you can not see actual specimen with your eyes, what you see is shadow or image of specimen in black and white .This is due to negative staining of grids with urynyl acetate. electrons pass through copper grid on which sample or thin sections are placed.there is no eye lenses in TEM.
he missed negative staining samples with urynyl acetate with acidic pH , 300 mesh copper grids, coating of grids with carbon is essential for retaining sample and passing of electrons. many more practical things are involved in TEM. any way good lecture
Interesting lectures. Please can you explain if using PCR to find sequence of interest, say a viral sequence, the primer and probe alone will somehow stick to complementary sequence in a crude sample with many mixed sequences of different lengths and nucleobases. Am confused by the terminology used calling the target sequence of interest a template seems to imply a predesigned sequence is also added into the PCR process. Grateful if you can clarify. Thanks.
Hi sir Sir I want tell u that please help us to remember examples of chp wise for neet perpetration Plz help us. It difficult to remember all examples for neet exam And give some shortcut to remember examples 🙏

please does the heavy atoms in the sample absorb or deflect the electrons?
Thanks!!
I have a question if you please, how long does it take to shoot the sample?
Sir How the images of Small cells are taken from the Microscope.. us there any specialized camera??
nice
Thank you
Please make a video on research opportunities after class 12.
Exams list.
Good Lecture... can we analyze live cells in cell culture with TEM? Is it doable?
Thank you sir thank you so much ❤️
Thank you
Sir I have a doubt so in TEM if there is no +ve anode to control the diffraction of electron beam then how does it diffract properly?
For non metallic materials which polishing machine is used for TEM
he missed negative staining samples with urynyl acetate with acidic pH , 300 mesh copper grids, coating of grids with carbon is essential for retaining sample and passing of electrons. many more practical things are involved in TEM. any way good lecture

,sir, specimen splicing by using dimond knof in this microscopy?
Sir I'm confused here 7:17 electrons are absorbed or scattered by repulsion? 🤔
Absorbed

Hi brother, How we can prepare the sample of both SEM and TEM ???????????
And can you make the Separate video about sample preparation????
Sir, can you please upload specimen prepration in TEM..🙏🙏

what is difference between Transmission and reflection electron microscopy??
why heavy element atom aborsb more electron amd vice versa?
pls explain me, if possible

Sir, if we tag the specimen with flourscent ....then is it possible to get colour image through TEM??
No
Sir pls post phenol coefficient test
Last lecture link!???
Tem is the test kit ??for corona
There should be a fluorescent screen to see the polychromatic light . But you haven't explained that..
Why compare the light microscope to electron microscope
Explaining the difference
