@@iMAT Hey please read this I want to Dual Boot MacOS and windows ( now I have windows 10 only ) so I watched this video and got clever and I flash that .raw file in a 16GB USB and did all Bios Settings and GPT is supported I have a very similar Dell laptop like yours and when I boot to the USB where I flashed CatalinaOS.Raw file in it using Balenaetcher then it shows me black screen with codes running on it like yours exactly and it suddenly stops and I wait like 10-15 minutes it doesn't change it is stuck please help me I want to jailbreak with MAC I have ubuntu but I just want it and for my vids Tysm pls help me!

Hi thank you for the guide even though I dont have macOS it helped me with my dual windows-linux setup. I would like to know if there is a way to update clover by downloading the latest version and replacing the files on windows? Im afraid i might replace something that is not supposed to be touched and break everything.
No issue! Just replace the clover folder.
I have and old mobo (socket 1366) and i am trying to install windows 10 in expansion card with NVME M2 2TB. I received message that :
"Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computers hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure That the disk controller is enabled in the computers BIOS menu."
Can i bypass this using clover ?
All these tutorials mention an EFI folder. I don't have one. What do I do?
you can access the EFI partition using DOS.

I think this tutorial is for uefi only and not legacy as you have said. Legacy does not have efi partition. I am using windows 7, i followed your steps,and after mounting and listing my drive partition, my system is just 100mb(not 500mb) maybe because i'm using windows 7?. How can i use this 100mb to install clover?

I don't have a volume that is FAT32. The only one that said system was System Restore. Nothing inside.
Does Clover work to install win 7 32 bit on a separate partition, on a disk where win 7 64 bit is currently installed on main partition. Just simply trying to install on that partition, gives error message that '32 bit OS cannot be installed on EFI hardware'.
I've followed all the steps and that command also give me message "The operation completed successfully" but after thaton restart I'm unable to see any clover it directly boots into windows as usual. I'm trying on UEFI.

do you have to install this to harddrive partition for patching to work because i'm trying to boot it from usb drive and with legacy BIOS it doesn't work, with UEFI nothing is patched only boots windows
Tip. when you use the command line, increase the font size so people can see it better.

Question? I cant make an efi unless i convert mbr to gpt but... my legacy bios wont let me install windows pfff.. is there a way to create an efi partition in mbr or...? Cos you said its even for legacy bios ??? (update) you actually can create an efi but only with 32 bit versions of windows .. efi but with mbr ;-)

Then your config.plist file requires some changes. The verbose screen might be showing the error line at the end, search for it on google!

Its not working, my laptop has no efi folder it has boot folder and it is not using system reserved drive for booting it is using c drive as boot drive can you help because i cannot dual boot without usb
Maybe u need to change bios first to uefi(not legacy) and reinstall your windows with Efi mode. (used Rufus to make GPT USB install). Hope it help

Bros its quite a complicated task. Legacy/ MBR are so opposite of the requirements.
On MBR, you can’t create more than 4 partitions. You can also convert MBR into GPT. It will erase data.

There is a way to emulate uefi. You can try using duet/refind to install win 10 on gpt partion and be able to create an efi partition 😉

Are you using a wired mouse? If not then use it! Sometimes trackpad may not work.
