Nice brewing videos! I noticed you don’t take a hydrometer reading and I was wondering why. For me, it’s a really useful tool to make sure a fermentation is really done or when there’s still live yeast present but I want to safely bottle condition (carbonate) a drink. A little trick I use to get more wine/cider off the yeast is that I do remove a bit more from the fermenter. I pour this last bit into a very tall, narrow container and stash it in the fridge. The bit of yeast that came with it will settle in the bottom. I pour off the clear part and use that in cooking or drink it, depending on how secure py pouring is (and my mood). It’s not much, perhaps a glass or so but that usually makes for a really good sauce, marinade or gravy! Your ciders and passionfruit wine look delicious. Happy brewing!
