No, he means the equipment "Limitless Power", what it does is that it takes away all your KI when you use an attack and tires you out, but in turn, your energy attack becomes unblockable, but when you use "limitless Power" on the andriods, it doesnt tire them out because androids dont go into a fatigue or tiredness gauge like living players....
LOl.... Well, to do tag, when your in the main vs menu, selecting 1p vs com, etc, it says single battle, just press left or right for tag battle (2 on 2) or free battle (5 on 5)... As for the teleport combo, first trip (combo, down triangle) then press triangle (hit one) triangle (teleport, hit 2) and square (teleport, hit 3, end of combo)...Any other questions feel free to ask...
Well thats the trick, you want to use majin seal so you can quickly use the energy attacks... It sucked cause when I didnt use it I would have to wait till I had 3 or 4 ki gauge, the seal makes it twice as fast, making it deadly...

One day I got bored and just customized everyone, an hour later my friends came over, we played, and we dont have to worry about going to the evolution z menu, I always hated that thing...
I just put it on all the androids anyway, gives them a good advantage.... Probably stupid to do, but I find that androids energy fills up moderately fast...
I found it useful with androids who use up all there energy on a single attack anyway, but equiping that item makes it unbloackable, making androids really useful, except for cell who is an organic android and can get tired out, and frieza, but people like meta cooler or any other android, it works wonders...
i used the androids becuase they have limitless power on them cause he put it on all andriods.the one when i used the kids was just for fun.i have gotten better now but i still lose but you will see better battles from now on.
