A Sub-Divisional Magistrate is a title sometimes given to the head official of a district subdivision, an administrative officer that is sometimes below the level of district, depending on a country's government structure.Each district is divided into tehsil. It is empowered by tax inspector, collector magistrate .All subdivision (tehsil) is under the charge of SDM (Sub divisional magistrate) Registrar is appointed by state government by state PSC exam.
In India, a sub-divisional magistrate has several executive and magisterial roles to play under Criminal Procedure Code 1973.
There is only one SDM in each district.Under the charge of DM and Registrar Magistrate and empower law.

मैं तैयारी तो RAS exam की

Sir , you made this video so it proves you are a proactive person , you are appointed in CHITTOR , sir one request in each department use of english should be promoted. I see most of cities of rajasthan is not developed ( In terms of -Govt school.infrastructure , hospitals ,awareness about hygiene and self commitment about society's cleanliness ,Transport , bus condition , Bus stand and railway station condition) so what ideas do u have to improve it.. Why dont you ban on spitting in public place by people, RAS officer have full authority and they should set such example which change the thought of conservative society. Visit Gujarat there small cities have great development and good life style ,they can earn well.
