Interesting, but I don't think you realise how intelligent your dog was being, when they stole the Moon! 😂 What they were trying to tell you was, that the tide on the far side is not solely caused by the Moon. The Earth and Moon are in a balanced orbital motion around their barycentre. It is the Inertial motion of this movement that creates the tide on the side facing away from the Moon. You have a very clever dog there, maybe you should let them present the video next time? Good luck.
