So dad went to the school probably because of the schools handling of the harassment of his daughter. Most people don't want their kids bullied at school but when the school doesn't do anything what is suppose to be done? I personally would have pressed formal charges against the student and their parents. What are parents to do when the school allows the bullying to continue? So many kids have committed suicide for bullying in school. Happened last week in Arizona and the parents did everything and had all the reports to school and local police. Parents train your kids not to be bullies and parents won't have to stoop to protecting their kids on their own in one place where kids should be safe.
My son was bullied in school. I tried calling the teacher who told me she believed kids needed to learn to deal with this themselves. I called the principle, he told me he asked the teacher what the situation was and she told him there wasn't one, so he didn't do anything. I called the district supervisor who told me they would look into it, but the principle and teacher never bothered to even attend the meeting with us and the district representative. What really clinched it was the substitute teacher who reported the bullying to the district and that the principle wouldn't even take her report of an incident. My 30 year old niece told my son to hit the bully in the face with a bat next time he touched him. Guess which solution my son chose. When the principle called to tell me my son has hit another student in the face with a white board I pointed out that we tried to use the schools policies to address the issue but were stalled or ignored by the school and that I had warned them that my son wasn't going to ignore it anymore so it was his fault, not my sons. 6 other parents of students in the same class said the same thing happened with their children. We got my son transferred to another school the next day, the teacher kept her job which she clearly didn't deserve, the principle got to go fk himself for being a spineless loser afraid to do his job. Don't think the schools will protect your children, because they only care about their image.

"New Jersey dad confronting student in classroom" something the school would've never done and allow the harassment to continue until it was too late. these schools claim to be against bullying but proceed to enable it by doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
Because it’s fear of having a lawsuit it’s not even about the child being bullied because sometimes if they have a lawsuit in the bullies, parents come for the school they’ll fire the teacher so a lot of the teachers feel it’s not even worth it
I hope so. But I rather doubt it. Now they are going to probably tease her just on account of her dad being taken to jail. Speaking for myself, I would have been proud of my dad for standing up for me. But while some kids would be proud of their dad for doing that. Some would also feel kind of embarrassed because their parent was arrested in front of everyone. But idk I guess because everyone is different.
My daughter was being bullied by some horrible little kids...I went to the school to report it and it didn't stop..so I parked outside the school and watched them harassing my child..and they did nothing but let the kids do whatever..I was across the street from the school..I paid some other kids to straighten out the bullies..my child never had another issue..at all.. thru graduation ..

He had no business entering that classroom. He sure as hell never should have touched that child. Hopefully his parents press charges on his stupidity behind. He walks pass the main office and enter a classroom are you serious?
There was no need to trump up charges to arrest this man. I really wish this would stop. An assault charge because he grabbed the student's arm. Do you know how ridiculous this sounds. If the school did something about the bullying that a boy did towards a girl then this would not have happened.
I agree that it is the school's fault. But that was hardly a "trumped up" charge. He grabbed his arm. You cannot do that to people, no matter how mad you are. Especially not to a kid. Charge was appropriate to the act.
@@buddygrimfield7954 It is absolutely a trumped up charge. There was no act of physical violence against the student at all. Now the court system which is already clogged will have yet another insignificant case to deal with wasting time and taxpayer's money. The school could've very easily talked to the parent and warned him not to do that again and that they would be dealing with the situation themselves.
This immature behavior and total lack of impulse control is probably where his daughter learned to behave, just like a bully. big ups to the DAD for getting involved Shit look what happened last Friday that poor 15year old girl got her head SMASHED SLAMED IN TO THE CONCRETE a couple of times in Missouri a fight right outside the school she might die
If anything happened at the school and the school didn't take action, then it's fair game to confront at the school. It'll probably help him get in less trouble doing it at the school in the end.
To PBE86, I respect the father -- but I don't think the street would be the best place to air out even fatherly grievances: Too many factors and situations would create distortion with probably other parents and people present.
The confronted student wasn’t being a polite, straight-“A” scholar and this just happened out of the blue. He MUST have done something the school refused to handle 🤔🧠
Good for you Dad. Bulling is not taken seriously in schools. My sister's kids had to be removed from school because the school would not do anything about her 2kids being bullied. Cops would not do anything either.😢
Kudos to the man. That's what a real father is supposed to do, stand up for his kids. Consequences be damned. He's gonna make sure the other kid knows he's serious when he says stop messing with his child.
Maybe if the school actually took bullying seriously, this wouldn't happen. I'm 1000% positive they won't do a thing to address the reasons why a parent felt the need to enter the school and confront a bully.
Even with the video we don’t know all the facts. Schools hide a lot from parents. Kids don’t fear the teachers at all which is why they do what they want anyway. I remember growing up and kids were checked by another parent if out of pocket and then got checked again once they got home. These days everyone is so hypersensitive about EVERYTHING. This would’ve never happened if parents were allowed to discipline their kids and if participation trophies were never given out.
He could have honestly saved his daughters life, there's too many suicides of bullied kids. Kids should not have to deal with this. In today's age these schools act like they're so anti bullying but they're really not. I'm sure Dad just got done at the principals office where he was told they wouldn't do anything. Having recently dealt with a similar situation I can't help but relate to the dad
Don't blame the teacher. They are also handcuffed because of how the school's have rules that enable bad behavior and allow the kids to get away with anything. In fact, looking at the teacher's body language, he would have been cool with the dad smacking the crap out of the bully but knows the father would face serious charges. The entire system is messed up.
my son was bullied a month before the pandemic i had a meeting with his teachers and the bullying continued and i told the teacher and the principle i will be teaching my son how to box and if he hurt someone in self defense dont complain to me ...the pandemic hit america days after and i trained and taught my son everything i know while there was no in class schooling when school resumed a year. Or more later my son bully was happy to continue where he left off my son warned him if you dont leave me alone i will hurt you the bully said ive known you since the 2nd grade you cant fight soon after i received a phone call from the school saying my son was being suspended for sending the bully to the hospital with a rib fracture my son was never bullied again
I’m with the dad. He handled it. Legal, or not. Apparently the school was not correcting the situation, so he stepped in. Let’s just say, if I were on a jury, this dad would get my full support.
I absolutely love ❤❤❤this father!! Good for him. I am so sick of these bullies. Children that are bullied in school grow up with complexes because of it. Lot of times end up needing mental health therapy. So, I applaud this father!!!
so the bullies are bothering her at school and the news reporters want to bother the dad at home. Don't go to a man's house being nosey and uninvited. He's been through enough.
So criminals go free meanwhile a father stands up to protect his daughter because our public officials never do their job. I'd rather the dad go confront this bully then the dad get the news that his daughter as been physically beaten. I bet that kid won't lay a hand on the girl after that confrontation. And assault? Lol, the DA is a joke. It's an arm grab, probably too prevent the kid from punching the dad. I'm not a father, but I know that feeling of wanting to protect your loved ones. This dad has my complete respect.
People talking about how his daughter is being bullied but with how another 38 year old man is putting his hands on a child.........I can bet that his daughter was the problem in that situation. Clearly a great role model.
He took care of business - he shouldn't have touched the brat - but he did - now that brat will stay clear of his daughter - wish my parents had the balls to do that when I was a kid

What that statement really says is “Safety for everyone except for the student(s) being bullied” The people making statements about the possibility of this father being dangerous are ridiculous. The instances of violence towards the kids being bullied are growing. And those of us who are parents of those children have experienced the staff at schools ignoring the problem are scared for our babies! And that is where this father was at. His DAUGHTER was being harassed by a MALE student. These schools need to concentrate on the safety of their students inside of the classroom and this wouldn’t have happened.
That's some old school stuff right there. My mom did this too, around 1971, with my teacher. I had a teacher bullying me and threatening me. Mom handled it.
A DAD did this for a REASON. People overall are getting tired a lousy behavior and nothing being done about it. Instead of arguing the student SHOULD have said, "I'm sorry sir, I won't do it again." But no, he has to argue. The school should have put a lid on this when the girl FIRST complained!
Why arresting the guy? He didnt beat up the guy whom bullied his daughter??? Just to confrontation is not a big of a crime. They should also straight out with the bully whom bullied his daughter too.
If you are unable to receive assistance from the parents on the other side or from the school, then this is the necessary course of action to ensure the safety of your children, no matter the cost.
This dad and father reacted on emotions. I VERY much understand his frustration. He could actually UNITE people by coming clean and just apologizing for his actions with having a public hearing with area principals on the issue. I imagine the kid doing the harassment of his daughter, possibly doesn't have a dad or male role-model in his life. I believe the man is probably a hard working, damn good dad, and he was just trying to protect his daughter. This could very possibly have a POSITVE impact, if it is dealt with properly... #TRUMP2024 #FJB

No, more like .F the dad!! He's the one who is about to sit in jail for a few years.😭😩🤦🏾♀️ The "bully" and we don't even know if he had the right boy but either way, the boy is STILL at the school & he knows he have protection.🙃
His daughter was the one being a bully. You can clearly see where she learned it from
So dad went to the school probably because of the schools handling of the harassment of his daughter.
YOU are SPOT ON! I see you running a campaign and serving on your local school board!!
You can’t press charges on anyone, only a law enforcement officer can file charges
@@dreamer6508false, I’ve had charges pressed in my county, and it involved only a brief trip to my courthouse.
these bullies gonna mess with the wrong one.
Did you show up at the school, bust into a classroom, and start assaulting children?
Wow. Sounds like a good dad to me!!!
Sure. A grown man intimidating a child.
@@timbaldwin6283: Did you hear the video and read the comments? Obviously, you are not a father.
@eddyvideostar how do you know for sure that the daughter is telling the truth and what if she was messing with the other students too
@@ijustwanttocomment4389 just like you don't know if he did. However if my daughter told me something like that. You can bet I'd show up to verify. People like you are why so many children are exploited now. Shame on you for saying something like that.
What a major FAIL. This "Father" tried to intimidate a 90lb high-school kid, and they called his BLUFF lol. Now he's locked up for putting hands on children. Smh.
He is his daddy and obviously he cares about her mental health!
I’m sure he and his daughter tried going to the principal! Being bullied is not fun for any child!🤬
"New Jersey dad confronting student in classroom" something the school would've never done and allow the harassment to continue until it was too late. these schools claim to be against bullying but proceed to enable it by doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
Because it’s fear of having a lawsuit it’s not even about the child being bullied because sometimes if they have a lawsuit in the bullies, parents come for the school they’ll fire the teacher so a lot of the teachers feel it’s not even worth it
That's an awesome father.
Probably not the wisest decision this father ever made, but we all know the bullying will stop
@buddygrimfield7954
Oh trust me.....
they ain't goin to tease her again!
DON'T OVER THINK IT. 😂
Dear Bmminc3001, Interesting story. However, when money is mixed with violence, the tail's whip is sometimes not known, whether the source may start to get greedy, turn tail -- and *side with the higher bidder!*
Are you serious?????
Hired hit men?????
I know someone that did this. It really worked out for his kid
😂 I love this!
Let's just forget that is a crime, right a-hole?
I have a feeling we didn't get the entire story.
Fr
They're so worried about dad, oh we don't know if he had a knife or whatever??? Lady hush!! He spoke to the dude which is probably what the lil mofo needed and wasn't getting at home or he wouldn't have been bullying a GIRL in the first place
He had no business entering that classroom. He sure as hell never should have touched that child. Hopefully his parents press charges on his stupidity behind. He walks pass the main office and enter a classroom are you serious?
@@Leroy-qh9wxshut up, you sound like a parent who would allow their child to get bullied!
He squared up. If he talked to the boy like an adult talks to a child that might have made sense. Grow up.
@@cashcowcommissions6790 Feel free to find out 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Anyone can be a victim of a bully. Many girls bully boys also, and many kids bully kids several grades younger.
Worst of all, the fathers bullying didn't have the effect he thought it would. The kid basically pulled his card, when the father says "he'll come back and fire on you kids etc " the boy replied "do it now."
Now the dads locked with bad charges smh. Major Fail
Battery assault of a minor
No trumped up charges. He should be in prison
Let a bigger man show him how to drop the soap. Disgusting behavior from an adult
@@jackiebiskan4748 He grabbed his arm.
A LOT of schools act dumb when it comes to bullying and harassment from certain students. Parents have to defend/protect their kids. 🤷🏽♀️
Not guilty. This guy should run for mayor. He has my vote.
That student that was harassing his daughter needs to be held accountable for harassment. That kid is the problem. Fathers are supposed to protect and defend their families and here they are acting like.hes a criminal for standing up to evil. I hope that kid gets held accountable for whatever he did. Parents don't just walk into classrooms and confront students for no reason. Has the school.launched an investigation into the student? They said they stand for safety but have they investigated if they are allowing a student to harass others on their watch? It doesn't sound like they're very interested in protecting students from harassment bu other students at all.
Well said Sir. The best comment in the section. Now days schools are a joke , they care more about punishment than teaching, guiding, transparency, and inclusion 🤬. The schools don’t want you to sit in on teachers talking crazy to your kids and principles acting like Whartons even some of the new schools that they build and look like jails please people take your kids out of school online school you have to deal with all the BS🤔

Or, nobody bullied the daughter and the dad went to jail because his daughter is a liar. I know, teenager lying to parents, that never happens.
Excellent Parenting
Finally a father in the community with some balls present and protecting his daughter. He's innocent.
No. He actually committed assault of a juvenile on video. That is a crime in the eyes of the LAW!
Great father.
big ups to the DAD for getting involved Shit look what happened last Friday that poor 15year old girl got her head SMASHED SLAMED IN TO THE CONCRETE a couple of times in Missouri a fight right outside the school she might die
Dad should have arrived at the kid's house, not the school. A good father is now in big trouble.
If anything happened at the school and the school didn't take action, then it's fair game to confront at the school. It'll probably help him get in less trouble doing it at the school in the end.
He probably saved her life ..
Fuck bullies
Some dads are nothing to be played with. Raise your kids right and this won’t happen
He should wait till the student is ON THE STREET, not in the school😅
the "Kid" humiliated in school! so whether it's a she said he said he still will hopefully be on his p's and q's.
To PBE86, I respect the father -- but I don't think the street would be the best place to air out even fatherly grievances: Too many factors and situations would create distortion with probably other parents and people present.
confronting but no physical harm done . i dnt see why he’s being arrested
What if its the wrong person it said he even argued with another student
I taught my daughter how to protect herself so well by the time she was in school instead of being bullied she protected the kids that got bullied
dad messed up when he was threatening and put his hands on the kid...otherwise he was a good dad
He's a drama queen that needs to grow up.
@@newtrollaccount384 I agree.
@@newtrollaccount384Sounds like you got a legitimate excuse for bullies going unpunished. Let's hear it.
The confronted student wasn’t being a polite, straight-“A” scholar and this just happened out of the blue. He MUST have done something the school refused to handle 🤔🧠
I have to support the Dad here. Bullying should not be tolerated, and the school needs to have a plan to handle it.
A good father SHAME ON THE SCHOOL AND PARENTS OF THE BULLY !!!!!!
Schools are afraid of bullies and do nothing to stop them but when a parent comes to defend the child now it’s a problem.
I’m sure he doesn’t regret his decision and I bet she wont get bullied again
I bet that student won't be messing with his daughter again...
He did nothing wrong....as a father of two girls i dont play about my babies.
Good Dad. In Philly they only arrest the good guys.
You can’t comprehend, it’s jersey , not Philly.
thats a real dad
my son was bullied a month before the pandemic i had a meeting with his teachers and the bullying continued and i told the teacher and the principle i will be teaching my son how to box and if he hurt someone in self defense dont complain to me ...the pandemic hit america days after and i trained and taught my son everything i know while there was no in class schooling when school resumed a year.

Bet that kid won't mess with his daughter again no matter what he did. Now his kid can come to school an not have to worry
Yes he will lmao

I’m with the dad. He handled it. Legal, or not. Apparently the school was not correcting the situation, so he stepped in. Let’s just say, if I were on a jury, this dad would get my full support.
Cudos to the dad for standing up for his daughter.
My dad had 4 daughters, he would have had a conversation 1 time, 1 time with the school and that's it
People talking about how his daughter is being bullied but with how another 38 year old man is putting his hands on a child.........I can bet that his daughter was the problem in that situation.

I don't blame him!! these kids are out of control the school officials do not help and you as a parent have to do what you have to do!!
Definitely waisted our tax money to arrest this man for standing up for his daughter when no one else did...
That's his child
Why arresting the guy? He didnt beat up the guy whom bullied his daughter??? Just to confrontation is not a big of a crime. They should also straight out with the bully whom bullied his daughter too.

I understand this father’s frustration. ❤
please release the father and drop all charges.
the male student probably has been tormenting the student all school year.
Dad's taking care of his own
Well you can’t say that he’s not involved in his daughters life. Probably not the best way to handle it but I’ll bet the message got across!
The schools don’t do anything to bullies. This poor father finally had enough. I salute him for taking a stand for his daughter.
Free Him..
