Wowzers, this Magic Picture Changer is SO unbelievable! It truly is Magical. The possibilities are endless, we can use any/all our stamp sets with this die. The idea of customizing the sentiments that the critters are saying is genius. The best part is how quick and easy these come together. Amazing job Lawn Fawn Family! Congratulations on another fabulous release ❤️💕
I love all of your interactive dies and look forward to adding this to my collection. My grandsons will love this. Thanks for all of the wonderful inspiration and the excellent how to tutorials.
I cannot wait to get the magic picture changer. I am a teacher and I send a birthday card to each of my students. They love interactive cards and I know they will love this one! Thank you for the fun!
This is by far the most innovative die I've seen come out this year! I can't wait to start working with this die set. The Lawn Fawn design team always blows my mind with all of the creative inspiration!
These are sooooo adorable! You really have a winning way of explaining the process to create these amazing cards. I always bookmark the pages for later reference to help me remember the steps. Now, all I need is the money to buy ALL of the fantastic product that's available in this new release.... guess I'll start with the basics and run with it from there. (The fortune cookie and farm cards give me a few ideas.) Every set is a must have because they all work so well together. Please thank the design team for the creative techniques that we can all use. Happy Crafting!!!!!
I cannot wait.... I know it is just a few more days but this is going to be so much fun to use. Kelly you and Lawn Fawn have done it again. I think I may have to unretire. I want everything! LOL ☺
You Lawn Fawn people are so so clever! This is just amazing! Thanks for such a great video with easy to follow instructions. I had to laugh when Kelly Marie was doing the voice over on the sped up video - it would be so cool if we could actually craft that quickly!!!
This is very very very awesome 🥰🥰🥰 card thank you so much mam for sharing this video 👍👍👍👍👍👍 I will give it to my best friend. I liked it very much.🤗🤗🤗🤗
Oh my goodness, just take my pocket book already, this is a big game changer! Just when I thought I’ve seen the cutest interactive cards, Lawn Fawn comes along with this one! ❤️
You are the best teacher! Just love watching all your videos because I really learn how to use your products! I’ve been waiting since Creativation to see this! And, it was worth the wait! 🥳🤗🎉 Congrats on all your amazing new products! Way to Go Lawnfawn! 💫🎉💥🌈🎆🎇
I forgot to say, I love the name of your Spiffy Speckles paper! Say that 5 times fast. LOL My depression has been rather worse lately (again!) :(, and hearing you say "Spiffy Speckles" just brought a smile to my face. That & your cheerful voice just brightened my day a little, which is saying a lot. Thank you for that! :)
Y'all must have the best die engineers anywhere! I saw a sneak peek photo of a card made with this when you were at Creativation, and have been looking forward to seeing it in action. I feel so inspired, but also kind of overwhelmed. It's like, there are so many things you can do with it (obviously), but I can't envision anything of my own--at least not yet! Still, I do hope to get my hands on this when it comes out. Thank you for showing so well how it all goes together, and all the examples by the DT members. Take care, and have a wonderful day! :)
Thank you so much for the kind words! I am so glad that you are loving this die. There are so many things to do with it! I would start off my using one cute image on the first panel, and then a sentiment on the second. Those cards turn out so cute, and it is a great way to start! :)
You made this look so easy, at first sight of the die, I thought NO WAY, but after watching The Who video, you made it look so easy, thanks, gotta get this die, my grandkids will love it. Thanks for sharing!
Oh Wow! This die is soooo fun! I looove the cards you created and the awesome inspiration from the DT ladies! Thank you for the detailed instructions of how this mechanism works! I can’t wait to play with this die! So awesome!!! 🤩👏👏👏❤️😍
I pre-ordered and am so excited to get this! I would love to see some examples of it with just the window that's included in the set - it seemed like they all used the add-on.
We can definitely do that! A good example is the fox one. You can see how cute it looked with the ink blending sky and grass before we covered it up with the light pink. Instead we could have just used the darker pink frame (the one in the original set) and have had the sky and grass on the outside of the frame. I think that would look awesome! :)
This is an awesome interactive die! I've been curious how the mechanism work since creativation. Love a changing scene could be just words. Would like to give it a try.
I am using the 1/8 inch double stick tape. I did see on a video where a scoring board was used to create a a deeper score on them making it easier to fold and creating a perfect space for the changer to move in. Thanks.
I really love this concept, but I do wish the finished picture were bigger. I make A7 cards. It's small already on the A2 cards that you made, so it would look really small on my cards. I do love the concept, though.
Hi Laura, we try to make our dies to fit the standard die cutting machines that most people have, so that determines the size of the finished craft. Thanks for the suggestion :)
Of course! To create the mask, I stamped on a post it that has the sticky part covering the entire back of the post it. Then I cut it out right along the black line. Almost in the middle of the black line. Then you can use it to cover anything you don’t want ink to get on. I hope that helps some! You can find those post its at your local office supply store. We are bringing them in to lawnfawn.com soon, too, for people that don’t have a store near by that carries them. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
@@lawnfawn thank you very much. Unfortunately I'm in Italy so I can't order directly. But I am sure I can find it...congrats for the wonderful release! I simply love it and this masking trick is amazing!
What cardstock weight do you use for the card base? I have Neenah Solar white 80lb, and I would like to do layers as you do. Should I get Neenah Solar White 110lb for the card base, or is 80lb good enough?
Hi Caroline, we use 80lb cardstock for making Magic Picture Changer cards, we find it works better than heavier cardstock. Be sure to use lots of anti-static powder to cut down on the friction of the moving parts. Thanks so much for the question :)
@@carolinec7031 We use the 80lb for card bases. It works great! Some people prefer the 100lb for card bases, but after adding all layers to the 80lb card base, I always think it is nice and sturdy!
Beautiful cards. I bought the magic picture die set and used anti-static powder but picture still sticks. I reinforced the tab, still sticks. What's the best paper to use. Too flimsy and it doesn't hold up, too think and it sticks. Disappointed!

Glueing it shut between the tracks is the trickiest part for me
It might take a little practice. Also using 1/8" double sided tape makes it so much easier than using liquid glue. :)
