Sipping with Sharon: The "Hey Buddy" - A SIMPLE Cocktail Made for Besties [RECIPE]

Here in Minnesota, we spend a lot of time indoors, especially in the winter. That's why we THRIVE in summer up here because summertime is all about getting out and being around the people we care about most! Or just waving to the mailman as you hose down your lawn while still wearing a robe. Whatever floats your boat!
Sharon wanted to celebrate all things friendship with this week's creation. This is called the "Hey Buddy" and is a riff on the classic "High Five." This SIMPLE gin-forward cocktail brings a familiarity that is comfortable, but also has a nice and new twist on what we're used to. With bright citrus and botanical effervescence, you'll have no option but to make a few and pass them around to your buddies!
INGREDIENTS:
► 1½ oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
► 1 oz grapefruit juice
► ½ oz
Cappelletti Aperitivo Rosso
► ½ oz simple syrup
► ½ oz lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add gin, Aperitivo, simple syrup, grapefruit juice, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice & shake.
3. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
