Premonition applies only one of these effects. It is a bit clunky though, because when you press the button, it chose one of these buffs at random and it then starts to cycle to another buff. You select which one you want by pressing the button for second time. In practice, it means that if you want for example +spell dmg buff, you will need to wait a bit before you can select the buff. It is not known yet how fast will these buffs cycle, but it is likely it can take seconds before you get what you want, which honestly sucks and can cost you your momentum in PvP. It is also confirmed this will work with Twins talent, so if you cast it on others, you get it as well. The randomness and cycling through buffs is what I am afraid will turn this into a horrible thing in practice. I hope they rework it to work like Fae Guardians in SL imho.
To me it reads that you only apply one effect of Premonition at a time, not all of them at once. Is that what you were thinking too? In that case, it looks strong, but not OP. I'm not clear though if you get to chose the effect applied or if it's random.
@@MMARKERS that's what I'm saying though - to me it reads that damage increase and haste are separate effects and don't get applied together unless Clairvoyance procs. I could be totally wrong though.
It definately reminds me of having two players prescience on Aug. which is neat for buff wise. I will be playing oracle in raid and keys just to be that guy.
