- Spring is ending and in this silent vlog I will be taking you with me to spend a few days in my life, harvesting some food from the garden, making my favorite salad and sukuma wiki (Kale) a popular East African vegetable.

Yes 🙌 eating your own grown food is very therapeutic and satisfying 🪴👍. For green leaves try planting broccoli 🥦 the leaves are just as good with meat and bones.

I think I made mine ready in March. They are growing like crazy. I have really enjoyed them and they will definitely be in our garden every year.
