Great question! You add your tasks, set the priority, start date, deadline, and work schedule and it will take into account your meetings, availability, and your other work to schedule tasks. If you don’t get it done on time, it will automatically find the next best time to schedule it on your calendar. You can try a free 7 day trial here: efficient.link/r/motion Also, we show all of the above in a ton of detail in this video: efficient.yt/motion What type of work are you wanting to schedule? 🙌
We'd recommend Motion if you're not concerned about the pricing, maybe just give it a shot with a free trial to see if it's worthwhile? efficient.link/r/motion Just finding it tough to recommend Reclaim, maybe try checking out all the daily planner options to see which suits you best here: efficient.link/planner
Relative to alternatives in the PM space, it's actually cheaper per month than others when you're on a team tier for the features they have. If you're using it solo though, using it personally (not even for work), then I can see it feeling like a lot. But for a business use-case, it's actually cheaper relative.
Keep us posted! And be sure to sign up for Motion here to lock in the course: efficient.deals/motion also have a discount for Todoist as well: efficient.deals/todoist But yeah, keep us posted!
Having watched this, my plan: none of the above! I'm going to write a google doc with a table of tasks and their characteristics, and some planning instructions. I will then ask Gemini to write my daily plan. Make use of my Gemini Pro subscription, reduce the number of tools I need, and get it to work the way I want.
I must say, that sounds like a pretty over-engineered and well... Not a good solution essentially for any team collaboration of any kind. No calendar integration, time blocking, gantt charts, again, the ability to every scale to teams/collaboration. Can't say I understand your plan, and have also used Gemini Pro and haven't been impressed with it for this type of thing. I'd, if I were you, save the money from Gemini Pro and get a proper built-for tool like Motion instead 😅
