the only challenge mode i had fun was arizona breakout since it was this preserve park right next to a wild part
was fun to just watch the local ecosystem while waiting for some task

Challenge mode is for people who are weaker on the creativity side but get enjoyment from solving problems. I was watching this and I was thinking "Oh I like this one, this looks nice and relaxing, I should try this one" while I dont really enjoy sandbox.
