  • Evening Embers - Lawrence Seiji Abbott (Original Improv)
    Thanks for listening.
Seclusion secretes secrets sold so soothingly such sympathy surrounds.
Somber prayers carved the graves of those we love,
Calm remembers in the self-evident passion our hearts bear forsakenly,
A damnation for everything else behest ourselves to the utmost importance,
Glorified hypocrisy, nothing could wake them for the life of me,
The life of us all for the one we imagine so vividly, the one and only enemy,
A breathless bare being broken brashly boding bent bodies consumed.
Running for dear life, all consequences rushing in the surrounding injustice,
Taking any regardless of color, class, or creed,
A representation of the loneliness that's lived on in we who ignore each other.
Your brother, your mother, your sister and your father,
Lost from the whiplash of your disguise,
Unforgivably boundless, destroying without discern to an unrecognizable degree.
You turn, looking in the mirror, facing the weary monster of all regrets laughing endlessly as if it were playful banter.
This calm collusion of the disillusionment from your childhood ignorance.
Deep consequences in the fate of adulthood.
