The way i solve this buzzing noises are by damping the strings one by one with a small clothe piece. Then move on the tuning pegs. Do the same thing , have someone hold the tuning pegs one by one and do the thing ur doing that making the sound. Next do the same thing with other loose parts like the thing where u put or strings, the string holder pegs , saddle , bridge. Also look out for the action being too low the other string might be resonating when u play the 9th fret on the low E string, most probably the B string. And if that doesnt work maybe ur truss rod is loose check that too. Also check the knobs if u have them , the jack inputs every thing. Try to damp them and repeat the thing that gives u the problem. seems like old strings issue. try new ones and see if the problem persists
