No offence bro but Old Delhi doesn't even come near to Lucknowi non veg cuisines. I have been to old Delhi and have tried all famous dishes in Kareem's, Al Jawahar but I was very disappointed. Only Aslam's butter chicken stood out

Otherwise, Biryani and Korma are so Kevda and Khas-root dominated that you cant eat beyond a few pieces. There is no tandoori culture in lucknow so forget about good quality chicken snacks. Lucknow has no history of milk/grain based sweets. That honour is held by Varanasi in U.P.
