being an original listener, i was bummed this episode, i really wanted hear them finish their thoughts more. The 3 of them have great repartee, but i don't know if it was editing or heather's style - but i was hanging to hear about 6 items between Brandy & Julie - like Brandy at Danny's or Katy Perry's home. It could be every story was cut out, but sadly this was one of the episodes that only sounds as rushing thru to next topic

I have been sober for 40 yrs. Would always get colds and soar throats every time I drank not to mention burning in my stomach.
This is true. And you remember what happened the next day.
Nothing is more hilariously funny than a gang of sober drunks. All the good times without the hangover and you know where your car is parked the next morning.
I’ve been in and out of sobriety. It is boring. Drinking responsibly is more fun.

Julie and Brandy have a podcast, Dumb Gay Podcast (I listen on Spotify), and also their own Petreon. Best $2 a week I spend (for 3 podcasts/wk). And they just added video for $1 more. They are hilarious and just naturally funny while being so real and authentic. Their Patreon is just best friends bullshitting for an hour about all kinds of stuff. I listen while commuting for work. I also love Heather and the 3 together are golden. All my patreons on one show!

Laughter is your best medicine! I too was down for 18 months due to a whole in my intestine ( a fistula comlication I got 1 week after having COVID and immediately felt I was shot in my intestine and could feel I was internally leaking. Trust one’s body! The hospitals just were asking people not to come because lockdowns began that same week….) I spent 18 months either laying on my sofa or spent so much time in hospitals ( which I didn’t mind as I had nothing better to do and was in so much pain) my point is that this show was also my favorite mornings to wake up to laughter…as I was trying to do without pain medication. I knew laughter works like a natural pain killler and I learned to meditate for hours at a time and found asmr which would calm me at nite- me someone who could never seep to tv or noise the 54 yrs prior! And who never learned how to shut down my thoughts and also learn the importance of breathing and deep breathing) I have been hospitalized many x with heavy pain killers in padst! Of course they are needed in many situations but times when u can goo within and deep breath is also so heslong as well as finally lookingg at food after the yr of being fed thru my blood nutrition - I now only put healthy foods in me!today at 57 I’m feeling as good an energetic then I did 13 yrs ago after my 2nd surgery on my intestines for a rocic abcess that leaked into my insides 2 yrs…after the drs insisting that was duets an ovarian cyst and upping my OxyContin s! Again, I would scream to them no more drugs..find this is in my intestine!) took same X-rays finally to new Dr rushed me in a deferent hospital said was in intestine and was..I was toxic! Septic! Had to become disabled! But never learned all I did from you tube as I did during those sick 18 months of COVID lockdowns that I couldn’t even baely move anyway….sorry for rant! I know your going to get thru this! I just wanted to give some of the secrets I finally learned way to late but atleast I know now ands pray it never returns again, but if it does-we can handle anything when we learn the right tools! Laughter is probably #1,! God bless you and all fighting any disease at moment! My prayers go out to you! Believe in the power of prayers!
