It looks like when lightweight isn't leaving scratchmarks, it's actually leaving it on the wall or side of an object instead of the ground, so it's harder to see.
Doing the math, there is no feasible way to heal before a killer strikes you twice. 150% medkit speed, 100% WGLF, 100% We'll Make It, 50% botany, 50% NOLB, 25% Ab dressing, 15% scissors is equal to 490% speed. Assuming you get hit at the exact time you begin healing, it would take you 3.265 seconds (16c ÷ 4.9c/s) to complete the heal, vs the Killers 2.7 cooldown. Let's try assuming the best solo scenario occurs. 50% from someone else's CoH, 33% from Dying Light, 25% from a lingering Leader. This gives you 2.675 seconds (5.98c/s or ~600%) to heal, which _just barely_ gives you enough time to evade the Killer's 2.7 cooldown time. This is super impractical however, and missing Leader will leave you with 2.792 seconds (5.73c/s or ~575%) which fails the 2.7 cooldown time.
15:23 it might work if you instantly syringe and then keep healing them without the medkit on top of that. Not sure if they stack or how that interaction works tho
I believe the syringe is a passive buff, so it works more like going from 0% to 100% instantly once the predetermined timer ends. that would be pretty cool tho

Either they make it so you only go up to 6 stacks or worse, 8 stacks but they nerf the recovery time to make it like the old STBFL. That’s what I expect from them, maybe they would slightly buff it to be slightly better then our live STBFL but i really think it’ll be nerfed and endurance meta will stay.

if you use the speedboost from getting hit to get some distance it should be able to be pulled off
