I def understand feeling insecure about showing more skin when you ain't use to it. The more tanks you wear the easier it becomes, and it's true most people don't bat eyelash at you
an average 8oz cup of coffee has about 100mg of caffeine! It also depends on how you prepare it. Caffeine also has a half life of about 6 hours. So 6 hours after you have 50mg still in your system and then 6 hours later you have 25mg etc etc
