Cannonball is a British/Canadian adventure drama series starring Paul Birch and William Campbell, and aired on CBC Television in Canada, ABC Weekend TV in the United Kingdom, and in syndication in the United States.Produced by Normandie Productions and ITC Entertainment, the series' interiors were filmed at Canadian Film Industries Limited, a studio in Canada. Exteriors were shot in and around Toronto.

I watched this show with my older brother when I was a kid. I was amazed to see it here on RUclips. Great memory.
As a kid it was great to see this show i am now old man 70 yrs but still great to watch fantabulous
Never heard of this series before, but I love it.
I used to love this series when I was a kid, (born 1949) in Somerset, England, the area had a lot of stone quarries which employed the majority of the men in the locality either driving trucks or maintaining them. All the trucks back in those days were British, the 'S' type Bedford being the most commonplace. The 'S' type had a cab shape similar to the GMC used in the series, Bedford was owned by GM BTW. The only two stroke diesels we heard were three cylinder, six piston units used in Commer trucks and the occasional Foden..Happy Days!
