I am trying to sell a motorized wheelchair on Facebook Marketplace and other buy and sell facebook pages. When I put the information in it said it was rejecting it because it was a healthcare product. But when I do a search for wheelchairs as if I am looking for one to buy, a bunch of other wheelchairs come up. So why can other people sell wheelchairs but I can't? I asked them to review it two times which was the only number of times they would do that. But I got the same answer. There was no place for me to write anything either, so there was no way to try to reason with them. I even tried to do another listing saying "scooter" instead of "wheelchair" (some people on there used that word for the same thing), but I got the same response.
Nope when you click request review it just flashes for a second and thats it. Many many people complaining about the request review not working so i'm stuck, might not ever get it back. I was selling and listing items all along (actually haven't sold anything) but my account was locked I got back on FB and it seems people with the same exact issue they lose Marketplace like I did. Its gotta be a glitch with their software.
No, this is the same everyone else says. The reply from FB when you submit an appeal is a generic statement saying you have been banned for violating you standards. Over and over, same statement, they never help you.
this video is oversimlifying getting access to facebook marketplace. Apealing Facebook Market Place is not an easy process, FB bot responses are not specific. What we need is a method to get FB to tell us specifically what specifically caused the ban
Or tell us if there is a ban at all. I never received something saying I received a ban, never violated standards or did something to result in a ban, and I can access all other parts of fb. If there is a ban why am I not banned entirely, just cut off from buying and selling on marketplace? I can even see others’ items, I just cannot use the listing to respond.
Thanks for the tips! My account was compromised Tuesday and after I changed my password Marketplace access was revoke due to Community Standards - yet I’ve never received any violations. Followed your steps! Hoping it’ll be resolved...it’s been 3 days now, it’s killing me :(

I can buy and I can post to sell but I can access my Facebook Marketplace groups in order to boost my sales and to be able to have the ad seen by thousands of people as opposed to a small group of people. When I try and access my Marketplace groups Facebook asks me to pay a monthly fee for the ads to optimize sales. I never used to get this before. It's almost like they want me to pay for ads without having any other option. Any idea what's going on?

I have appealed as described and received an email stating my account was reviewed and that access would re-instated, and if I still had problems to respond to the email. I still couldn't get in to market place and after a second attempt at an appeal, which I also won - returned to the same, "you can't buy or sell" with the addition that this decision is final. I have sent email replies to the original two email, with yet no response. Anyone have an ideas?
I can't access the marketplace although I have reported many times, it's used to show the "third decision" Is there any new procedure beyond that? If yes kindly clarify it so that I would have to follow it
no it says I can't buy or sell and when I click to check it freezes up and won't let me click anything. it started by being locked out saying there was unusual activity on my account and made me change my password then they did that

The response I got was "this is the third time I'm violating the rules and this decision is final"

Yes this marketplace isnt secure ... its always fuck up
This is totally inaccurate. They do not get back to you within any 24-48 hour timeframe. They don’t even get back to you.😂

Did you try logging out of the app, quitting it and restarting your phone? That may reset it.
