Hi Suchi even I started my weight lost journey last year in March and have lost 22 kg in 1 year , my weight was reached from 55 kg to 74 kg in few years , by the time I realized it was quite late but didn't lose the hope and I started working on it ....if you dont mind and if you take it as a positive comment , can I just correct where you are going wrong ...
BRRAKFAST ... instead of 2 uttapam you can have 1 , and instead of suji (full of carbs ), try to have dal chilla ( carbs and protein)
LUNCH , you shouldn't have plain rajma never , protein can be digested only when you combine with carbs ( quatity of rajma ,120 gm , rice or quinoa 100 gm and salad 100 gm )
For dinner I used to consume millet roti with any sabzi ( 60 gm roti and 150 gm sabji)
And you dont need to give up your tea , small cup is fine 😊 I can't live without my tea so I have it 2 times in a day without any guilt :)

Yes ..health is very important where I ignored 10yrs ago today I am facing Gerd issues 😒 lot of foods cut down ...now I am following portion control ,yoga sometimes,meditation and breathing exercises.
I should have taken care of my happiness and my health which I regret now due to commitments in the family 😒
Now whatever I am able to do ..I am grateful for that ...life moves on.

Suchi, You can try to to cut down sugar to zero and eat one fruit max a day when you feel like eating a sweet with a cheat day every week or two at the most. No packaged foods at all.
Suchi, chai chhod di , I can’t believe. Wese good achhi baat hai health k karna chahiye 👍 rajma ka salads 🥗 banana aur beetroor ka rita it’s so yummy and healthy too. Work woman me pressure to hota hai.aur usi me apna care karna bhul jati hai, wese itna bhi weight nahi tha. Don’t too worry suchi.

Bloating heavyness lazyness ye sab weight gain ke side effects hote he. Aur hume chatar matar b khana bada a6a lgta he na isliye. India me to options b jyada hote he😅

Avoid milk and take black tea/black coffee. Have healthy snacks if hungry in between lunch dinner time like makhana, chia seeds in lemon water, thin buttermilk, jowar puffs etc. Have dinner by 630 pm and walking is a must. Make it a point to do 10,000 steps per day. Use the step counter watch. Drink lots of water and see the difference. 💖💖. Also one grain at lunch/dinner time like millets or rice. Not to have roti n chawal both at same time.
