Neil, you've got great observational skills. I'm a retired Labour and Delivery Registered Nurse Manager. 35 years! When you are heavily pregnant, your abdomen is quite round and hard. Imagine a large basket ball. When you squat down, your legs have to separate and your abdomen falls down between your knees. There's no place else for it to go. So when Rachael Ragland squatted down with her knees together, yoga would be irrelevant. There's just no place for that baby to go. Also, Henry's entire story about her delivery is impossible. IMO No one gets two epidurals and gets up and goes home within 2 hours. It just can't happen. The mom presents to the labour and delivery unit, she is assessed, bloodwork is drawn and an IV is started. An IV is essential if a patient has an epidural. It just isn't safe to not have one. An anesthesiologist is called to give the epidural. I could go through the whole process of the epidural if you like, but I can tell you it doesn't take just a hot minute. But she didn't need one; she needed two! Water births are not possible with an epidural, the area must be kept sterile. You also can't bounce on a ball with an epidural. Your legs can't hold you up! After the baby is delivered, you wait for the afterbirth, any repairs are made, recovery is a minimum of 1-2 hours. If the patient can walk, they shower. The baby is assessed by a pediatrician. Add the driving time to that and you can clearly see 2 hours is impossible. I don't want to even get into the silly story about the nitrous oxide cannister. Just be aware, that the canister is locked. A key is required and I'm fairly certain that Henry doesn't have they key in his pocket. So, I understand that you're being circumspect, but, it just cant happen the way Henry described the experience in Spare. In my opinion. Allegedly.

William and Catherine have a sort of unwritten contract with the public; they release photos of their children on special occasions and the public respect their privacy in between times. It’s a kind of mutual respect and it works well, not too hard to understand.
They're following Charles and Diana's unwritten rule about arranging special event photo's and leaving their kids alone the rest of the time. It works well I think.

The Portland Hospital Front Door is on a Very Busy main road at the back of the Tube station (Great Portland Street ) this is the stop for London Zoo ,I dont belive she gave birth here or has ever been here Why would you chose this over the Lindo wing as Portland has No Intensive care Unit if anything went wrong she would have to go trans fare to UCL down the Road ,It dont add up

I would add in Louise and James, even though they are grandchildren, not greats, of our late Queen. We are also delighted in the Tindal children interacting with the cousins. After this many years, people will never, if they exist, care about their “children”. By seeing the real royal children over time, we fall in love with them and wait for their antics! I don’t believe her bumps were even actual pregnancies, far too pliable, displaced and fundal size not consistent in size to pregnancy stages.
