update: It appears the mod crashes on psych engine 6.3 (well for me) so please use 7.0+

yea... psych 6.3 (or less) don't have some features and plugins support that 7.0 has.
"You're boring me" - I like how this line now kind of sounds like BF telling Sonic.EXE he is getting bored of waiting for a turn, especially since it can't be Sonic.EXE because he seems like he is having a blast.

Pretty sure it’s just 2011 X breaking the 4th wall and talking to the player directly, he’s probably saying he’s bored at your reaction, since most players will probably just be staring at the screen not doing much.
I think he is genuinely having fun with BF and enjoying singing, though! Seems he is just calling you out for not doing anything to scare you.
