Lots of people have pointed out that this is indeed Test Card X, but not many seem to have spotted the updated BBC HD logo at the bottom! Cannot find this variant anywhere else on the internet.

Actually this is test card x, designed for the now defuncted BBC HD. It was for the most part retired in 2013, for public testing but sometimes used to this day by broadcast technicians.

You used to even be able to get it on demand on FreeView, by pressing some arcane sequence of buttons, though I don't think that's still the case.

That's actually Test Card X not Test Card F, you can tell because this has 1080 lines (exactly what Test Card X was designed for), not the 625 lines that you'd expect from Test Card F.

Whatever it's called now, bring it back to daytimes on BBC1 and BBC2 accompanied by music. Terrible daytime programmes on air on BBC1 and BBC2 today. The testcard with music on the main channels is proper daytime TV.
The overnight programme pteviews on BBC2 are also an utter waste of time.
