HI, Great video! I believe many people struggle these days. Young or old. I'm in the middle of life now at 42. And I wanna say that you're right. Things are gonna get better. A "mental health tip" from me to everyone who reads this is: Find a few things or one thing that makes you smile. Mine is watching videoes of baby animals or going to a zoo-store and watch them. Look at the happy playfull new lifes. And be happy for them. Love u everyone!

Hey, could you please make a video on how to deal with suicidal thoughts. There are many reasons for it. I always have those and it's really pushing me on edge. 😢

nice you got so much wisdom your thoughts are full of light
for the people who are facing hard situations and are fighting if things get hard for you that you cant bear it alone its better to tell your family if they dont listen tell your friends and if they dont listen find people who would listen because at the times when you fall its good to have someone to hold you support you

I got some quotes. I love me some quotes:
"Let good things begin with you"- I don't know who said it I just remember hearing it
"The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek."- Joseph Campbell
"Growth is painful. Change is painful. But in the end, nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don't belong."- Marcadangel
"Those days made today possible."- Jung Ho-seok
There you go. Those are some of my favorite quotes.

Hi James, congratulations on now 1090 Abo's 🙂
I am a bit older than you, but I am really interested in what type of problems the kids have today, the fears, the excitement, there plans for the future and how they see the world.
how the world through the eyes of a Gen Z-Alpha is seen 🙂
And to one of your points: when you think you are alone and there is no one there to help you, that is not true, there is always some one there to help. you just need the courage to say the hardest words in the world " I need help! "
Be it Family, friends, a person of faith, a telphone hotline, there is some one there even if you dont see hear or feel it.

I mentioned that I had a lot of trauma as a kid, and the effects spill over into adulthood. As you put it, my normal was bad, but it did lead to growth. I was playing music and writing, but stumbled into work that helped people, and that's the most satisfying aspect. I worked at an agency that led to me becoming a counselor and social worker, with homeless and abused kids. I was good at it because I had great training & it was informed by my own experience. It was important that my clients knew they weren't alone, that somebody cared and worked with them to make things better. It was a way of healing myself, too.
Some had been kicked out when they tried to come out to a parent; I'd struggled with my own sexual identity.
Later I worked with addicts, and that was fun as well! I tried to make work fun in both worlds.
Anyway, this video made me think of all of this, and what you are aiming to do with YT.
I completely support you and I get a lot out of the videos, too. I wouldnt say that just to flatter you James, either!
    All the best, John 💜

At the risk of getting too personal, you just randomly popped up on my timeline. First, I would like to congratulate you on putting yourself out there. And I wish you well. I just find it odd because my RUclips feed usually consists of usually consists of left wing news technology news lgbtq stuff because I am a part of that community. RUclips book talk and videos related to My Chosen profession it's not often that I see RUclips creators so much younger than I am which is perfectly fine but I don't think you're a technology bro for a news guy so are you part of the lgbtq brethren or was this just a total random video by RUclips? By the way, you're incredibly well-spoken, and I think once you pick a focus, you'll go pretty far
