If you’ve been here for longer than a couple years or so…you KNOW her adding and being excited for vegetables is unheard of!!! Such a good turn for her.
I’m living for this version of you, Trish. You’re going to be such great parents. Cooking is a wonderful way to bring the family together and celebrate your day to day life.
Cooking Sherry adds a light and nutty flavor. It is high in sodium as is soy sauce and it was smart of her to just select one. I am not sure if she has a problem with salt as she is pregnant… but sometimes it can be an issue. You could switch cooking sherry for drinking sherry as the alcohol evaporates with cooking in both types, but drinking sherry only lasts a few days after opening. Cooking sherry lasts due to the addition of salt. A lot of useless info, but if it helps anyone that wants to make the recipe and wants to add the sherry… here you go if you have a few easy questions. It looks like it is really good! Trish is a pretty good cook!
As a general rule of thumb you should not cook with alcohol that you will not drink. As you mentioned the alcohol cooks out and just the flavor remains.
Bro I’m a young 21 year old Mexican tryna get out the Hood by 25 .. these rappers wanna go back😂i smoke weed on my RUclips channel and i also did a burger king Mukbang inside A target store🦈
I love to see the reactions from your mom and your sister to your cooking. Everything you make these days looks so good!! Also watched the "chicken in the oven" video first, so I hope to see your mother inlaw's reaction hahah! Keep up the good work you guys 🤗💜
I worked in a restaurant and got the recipe for the broccoli chicken. It’s amazing and I have made this regularly for 10 years. It’s the best! 1 1/4 lb chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces 6 scallions chopped, whites and greens separated 4 garlic cloves 1 1/2 in piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced 2T soy sauce 2T raw sugar 1/2T + 1 1/2 cornstarch 2T dry sherry (or any white wine) 2T sesame oil 4T oil 2 med heads of broccoli, chopped into florets 1tsp chili garlic sauce 2T oyster sauce
Toss chicken w/ white scallions, half the garlic and half the ginger, soy sauce, sugar, 1/2 T cornstarch, 1/2 T salt, wine and sesame oil. Marinate at room temp 15 min. In a sm bowl mix remaining 1 1/2 T cornstarch and 1/2 c water. Set aside. Heat 2 T oil in wok over high heat and add broccoli, remaining garlic and ginger, 1/4 c water, 1/4 tsp salt and chili garlic sauce. Stir fry until broccoli is bright green, about 4 min. Adding a T or so of water to prevent sticking if needed. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Pour another 2 T oil in wok and add chicken mixture. Stir continuously until chicken is browned and cooked through. 5-6 minutes. Add oyster sauce then return the broccoli to the pan and toss to heat through. Stir in reserved cornstarch water mixture and bring to a simmer to thicken. Remove from heat and serve with scallions and rice.
FYI mama, canola oil/vegetable oil is one of the worst foods you could be eating mama, please don't feed this to your baby and you ..... So so many better alternatives out there!!
Tomato paste will always thicken sauce up if you want it tomatoy, but then you need to add more water with it, if you don't use tomato paste but you want a thicker sauce, use a little bit of corn starch mixed with water and pour it in with the veggies, meat, spices and soy sauce for a couple of minutes at the end and that will thicken it up the traditional way.
That looks AMAZING!! I love making stir fry, it's one of my favorite dishes! I always add teriyaki sauce and use sesame seed oil along with soy sauce in mine, and top it off with sesame seeds and green onion, soooo yummy!
My husband is a fisherman and he makes me a stir fry with shrimp fresh spinach & red peppers from our garden and a pack of 25cent Mr noodles and sesame seed oil (he says that the key ingredient) yumm
Tip! A tablespoon measurement is actually bigger than your normal tablespoon. Even though they are called the same thing which is super strange. I reccomended buying some measuring spoons. They are pretty cheap.
From watching you stirring eggs over a turned off stove to cooking this! Trish your cooking skills has come a long way. I am really glad that she is doing better with a loving husband and a baby girl coming soon 💓, she is happier leaving all the drama behind her.

Yes, Trisha, you are killing it 😍! I will be honest, I was worried about you raising a child and being able to cook for them instead of resorting to frozen food/ready meals, but I am so proud of you. I have no worries now - you're going to make such an awesome Mom ❤️.
Trisha.. I wish you would look into that canola oil, it's very bad for you, please try avacodo oil that's for high heat. An extra Virgin olive oil is best too. That canola oil is very inflammatory, it's no good.
I’ve watched your cooking vids and your a very good cook. I’d like to follow your recipes. Make a cook book . I just subbed to use your recipes. And your personality is off the charts, very fun.
Just if you didn't know too. Not only is cayenne and red pepper flakes tasty! I love spicy stuff, even Sriracha sauce, but it is also a weight loss spice! It burns fat!
I make really easy meal w rice..but you take ground beef. you can use thin sliced beef or even chicken, ground chicken or ground pork..diced onion & green pepper sliced really fine..if you don't have green any color will do..after browning meat add 2 pkts of Brown Gravy Mix add just a bit more water than directions say to get a better sauce. I also add about 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce..salt & pepper to taste. I like lots of black pepper w this...add some frozen or fresh broccoli..mix together w the rice & you have something easy and delicious. if you don't have broccoli you can always add peas or French cut green beans. it's so versatile

I've been watching your cooking journey since buttered noodles and honestly, I'm so impressed how far you've come! Your intuition with cooking is great. Keep these cooking videos coming!
That looks delicious! I love savory meals and anything with cheese. That's why I'm not a size zero. ld rather some cushion than not eating a great meal especially with someone special. This is motivating me to try cooking more for my daughter. She's still more interested in cookies right now but maybe this will get her to eat her veggies. That's so sweet the way you both talk about each other. Marriage is supposed to be loving and supportive and it's so great to see. I love your bed and the way it's positioned. Just an FYI snow peas and snap peas are not the same. You used snow peas which are flat. The snap peas are the big fat ones. I use them interchangeably all the time though.
If you don't want major heart burn/acid reflux, try to stay away from too much spicy food, caffeine, and anything with citrus like lemons, limes, tomatoes ..... all these things will cause you heartburn.
No Trisha, the marble slabs are a bit dangerous if baby falls off! It’s a beautiful bed, but I would definitely keep baby, toddler, out of that bed. Toddlers crawl and drool- imagine that wet, and your Daughter is crawling up or down, and falls. 🥺 Just be careful is all.
Trish, this looks amazing! Along with several other dishes you've made. I've been following your channel for years and I'm excited you have cooking videos now.
The ingredient that would make this even better is using dark meat chicken(boneless-skinless thighs)... so much more flavorful than breast and retain the moisture much longer and better. Try it and see which way you like it better.

na they're literally not serving bowls, fancy restaurants will serve ur main course in that if it's sumn like soup
Turn that down mama, you are going to overcook, don't need it that high, also that soy sauce is toxic, would really get a better quality one or tamari
